When it’s time for me to get new walking shoes I always think SportChek when they have clearance Nike shoes in stock which I got for $67. Good quality shoes at a good discounted price and get some Triangle Rewards.

Staff seems very knowledgeable. They don’t rush you here and they take the time to explain things and make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. The store manager Tom is pretty awesome 👍🏼

I brought my bike to Ryan at sports check in Georgetown, and he did an amazing job fixing it, but not only that he gave me so much knowledge as to why it was making weird noises, the products to get to fix it on my own. He took the time to help which is rare these days. This is second time i brought a Bike to him. The first being my daughters and he did an amazing job with hers as well. I'll be going back to him for all of my cycling issues. I fully endorse and fully recommend Ryan from sportscheck Georgetown.

The Best Sports Check Store. I am not form Georgetown, I made the stop on the way. The staff of the store is amazing. I think I dealt with Amelia. …The best Sports check shopping experience I had. Having a helpful and courteous staff makes all the difference. This is now my new destination for sports wear.

I don’t ask for favours- quite the opposite.
But today I wondered into Sportchek Georgetown with my daughter wearing her newest shoes, with laces falling apart. I found a pair of similar looking laces and asked a very nice and helpful young assistant if they would fit. He helped me find an appropriate size, as I mentioned the shoes were still like new and if he had seen laces fall apart with this shoe before. He concurred they looked new and recommended I tell the manager. I had a quick introduction to Tom the store manager, and explained my situation and to see if this was a regular occurrence. He opened the packaging on the laces and said Merry Christmas! I said I’m not looking for a favour, but he insisted. I am very appreciative of his kindness and generosity and felt it necessary to publicly acknowledge the kind gesture Tom and his store represent. I will be a good customer moving forward.. thank you again.

I want to express my sincere appreciation to Ryan in the bike shop. He was incredibly knowledgeable and provided valuable insight into my selection of a trail bike. In addition to his extensive knowledge he was also extremely patient and personable. The vibe in the bike shop area was a very positive atmosphere which is a reflection of their manager, Tom who I met when I went back to pick up my bike. Overall, it was a great experience. This must be the best Sport Chek in all of Ontario. The staff are friendly and ready to help. And the kind people at the checkouts always greet with a smile.
Have to mention Ryan at the service center, he's so kind, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. Solved our problem and now my son can ride his bike to school. Thanks a million for your kind help and may you always be helped too the way you help everyone.

The Staff at this store are incredibly friendly. Tim and Ryan at the service desk were knowledgeable, polite and very honest. Purchased two BMX bikes and the service and once over inspection of both bikes was in great detail, wasn’t expecting this and was pleasantly surprised at how thorough they were! Would definitely recommend this Sport Chek, they Rock!!!

Ryan and Serena were outstanding in the bicycles department. I walked inside to pick up one that was preorederd online, but due to their fantastic customer service I walked out with two bicycles. Both were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful to make sure my experience was pleasant. I will definitely return back to give them more business. They under promised and over delivered.

The staff here are amazing. Every time I go in I feel welcome in the store. The morning cashier and team are especially helpful and always direct me to the best sales within the store and makes sure I'm being taken care of. It's the best Sport Chek I've been to.

Great service from Anastasia in clothing. I was there about a week ago looking for a pair of pants for my son, but they were out of stock at the time. I was in the store today browsing and Anastasia not only remembered me, she also brought me the now in stock pants I had been looking for earlier. Awesome service as always from the Georgetown location!

kept having issues with my bike. Went to a few places that charged a lot but failed to actually solve the issue.

Brought it here and my bike is both fixed and feels better than ever to ride!

Took my bike in for repair and a tune up! Don’t think many realize at sportcheck they give this service! Ryan in the bike department is an expert in his field. More than qualified to take a bike apart and fix it! And he loves doing this! Don’t want to mention how fast a turn around I received on this bike. You will not receive any better service in Georgetown on your bike. And I do know the difference. Own a specialized expedition. Had a tune up, brake cables, pads, chain replaced, and bottle of chain oil. All for the excellent price of under $140 taxes included! Ryan is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and a really nice person. Don’t take your bike elsewhere in Georgetown.

Ryan in the hockey department provided excellent service and did a great job on my skates! Way better than stores that use machines. I believe Tom is the Manager. Very friendly when I was leaving. The service in this store has always been excellent even when at times I have come in for just a pickup on an online order.

Ryan (The Technician at the Bike Service Dept) was such a great guy. I was at the store today (May 19th) to buy a bike with my family. Ryan was very helpful in assisting me to choose the right bike that fits my needs. He was very Patience and his advise was top notch. I was able to pick a bike based on his professional advise. Ryan took his time to help me and my wife decide which bike is good. He is very is such an expert in bikes. Even the manager, Tom was very friendly as well. I would say this store is one of the best sportchek I have been to! I would be back at the store in the future whenever I need any sporting equipment based on my customer service experience today.
