Came in to switch phone plans, Ali was helping me with the switch and was super helpful. He was very patient with me with any questions I had regarding the plan and helped troubleshoot some issues I had with my new sim card. Overall amazing customer service.

My family and I just got new phones today. There were many issues setting them up none of which were due to anything anyone did just temperamental technology. The staff were incredibly patience and helpful. They ensured everything was working before we left. As other costumers came in they were greeting friendly and asked if they needed assistance. The staff multitask incredibly well.

Abbas was super helpful with fixing a SIM card issue I had today. The issue was resolved quickly and I walked out with a working phone!
He was very polite and helpful.

Abbas (at the Georgetown Source) was excellent at helping me set up the Galaxy 5 watch I bot at the Source. Even when he didn't know the exact steps, he was able to quickly sort out the procedure. He has a pleasant and friendly personality.

The staff at The Sourcec have always been there for me whenever I've had ANY issues or questions about ANYTHING! THEY HAVE SEEN ME THROUGH AT LEAST 3 cell phones, and have been more than helpful, whether in person or when I've had any questions/ issues over the phone. They are courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend shopping there, especially the one in Georgetown Marketplace!!

I had a billing issue with my phone and spoke with Kristi. She was very professional and followed through with everything until the issue was resolved which took a few days. I was very pleased with the resolution and even more pleased with the customer service I was given by Kristi. She is well informed, thorough and obviously has a very strong work ethic. I would highly recommend going to this location of The Source. My parents wanted to get a new phone with Virgin Mobile as well as change one of their existing cell plans. I also wanted to purchase a new phone. Angel was excellent and was able to explain all of the details about each of the options with us. Angel was awesome at getting me a new phone as well as working patiently with my parents to get their plan updated and also add a new phone line. I will go back to Angel in the future if I have any technical needs or problems. Thank you!

While looking for a new mobile phone and plan, sales associate Charlaine was very helpful with assisting with a plan that was customized to my needs. The phone I wanted was temporarily out of stock and Charlaine drove to another location to ensure I received a phone without a long delay. She was also great help with the set up and answered all questions I had. Great customer service.
