We visited in December and the location was perfect. Very close to the Christmas markets and old town. The room was very clean and every employee we came across was kind and helpful. Breakfast was great - has everything you could possibly want. The room was very comfortable with a great view. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We stayed over Christmas, and it was beautiful. Very cozy, very friendly and very centrally located. You can feel all the effort that goes into everything. As many others have said, the breakfast is exceedingly good. Loved the hotel all around.

The only thing that was a bit problematic was that the bathroom and toilet were separated from the bedroom by nothing more than a glass door. Not so ideal if two people are in the same room.

We stayed here for 1 night in Jan 2024. So comfortable, quiet, clean, great customer service and in a great location for walking around the old part of town. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best breakfast spread we've ever seen at a hotel - better than many brunch places we've been to before!
Staff was friendly and super efficient.
We had quite a small room, but it was very clean and, as the hotel is in the middle of the city, definitely worth the price.
Air conditioning didn't go low enough so we had to leave the window open and that was quite loud.

We stayed for three nights and the hotel is good, a bit expensive but i think it is good. The rooms could have been better. It is not so big and i think for the price it is could have been a bit bigger. Air-condition can be used but there are limitations as it is centrally controlled. There was no snack bras in the room, there is a fridge which was empty the whole time. And we did not receive any drinking water after the first night.

We also took the breakfast option, it is quite good. If you stay for longer time and you don't like eating the same food everyday then you can skip the breakfast option as it has same kind a food everyday.

Love! Definitely recommend.

Pros: great room design, super nice staff, clean, amazing location (you can see the Christmas market from the window). Seems like a good option for families (example: extra beds for kids built in to a nook that didn’t take away from the design of the main space), the view out the window was just perfect - a beautiful snow covered mountain.
Cons: parking was a little tricky to figure out.

A wonderful hotel in terms of both location and comfort. Staff were very helpful with our questions and luggage storage need. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. We would very much look to stay here if visiting Innsbruck again in future travel.

Perfect Location! This hotel is amazing. The staff really went above and beyond when our train was cancelled and needed to stay another night. Calmed us in a very stressful situation.

Got a room with a great view. The room also had 5 or 6 big windows that could be opened for fresh air. Hotel was also located right across Markplatz - end stop for public transport. So very convenient. Right across the road was a walkway by the river - the inn river. Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. We came in early they allowed us an early check-in which greatly helped our travel plans. Many attractions are within a short distance of the hotel or easily accessible with public transport. We visited this location from Muenchen using public transport and didn't need to use a car at all. The room also had a bunk bed which the kids loved.

I love the location of this hotel! It's right next to the old square and there are many nearby restaurants. The staff is fluent in English and were very helpful. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was amazing. I also love how the tap water from the sink is drinkable, glacial water. Also, the breakfast is top notch. Reserve your next stay here!

Very nice staff, wonderful breakfast, great location. I was a bit uncomfortable with the bathroom. There is a glass door to a glass wall. But they are not really connected, so when you close the door, there is quite a gap between them. I know that you should have a kind of intimacy with the person you are sharing a room with but still... There is not much left to the imagination....
On our first morning, at the breakfast room, an American guest (full size adult!) threw a tantrum because he did not want to wear a mask. The waitress was super professional, never raised her voice (not like the other person) and insisted on him wearing his mask. Thank you for that!

Located near the old town and the river. It is a beautiful setting. I can see the mountains from my room. The staff are excellent and speak multiple languages including English which helped me immensely. They recommended excellent places to eat and the breakfast they serve was amazing. A wide selection of fruit, cold meat and cheese, scrambles egg and bacon and cereal. Room was clean and airy with a very comfy bed. Supplied basic toiletrys including shampoo and slippers.
