Our stay at the Weisses Rössl Hotel was amazing, in fact it exceeded our expectations. From the start the staff were so friendly, engaging and truly genuine. They made us feel as we were staying with family and good friends. The owner Klaus Plank was the loveliest man and great a great host one could ever imagine. Our 6 night stay over Christmas was such fun in the bar/restaurant singing Christmas songs, so filled with merriment. The hotel was beautifully appointed recently renovated and was classy. Our room was just amazing. Being a boutique hotel made it so intimate, relaxed and friendly. Innsbruck is such a beautiful city. The hotel is right in the old city and you feel transported back a few centuries walking the little alley ways just outside. Stay at the Weisses Rössl in Innsbruck it will leave a footprint on your heart. Thank you to Klaus Plank and your staff we will return!!

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff each and every encounter. Close to Inn River, Town Square, Golden Roof, trams and buses. Check to see if the hotel has a Welcome Card that gives you free access to all public transportation.

The breakfast was plentiful and arranged beautifully. They also offer freshly prepared eggs, in addition to the very generous buffet. They prepare coffees and bring them to your table. We also had fresh squeezed carrot/apple juice. Delicious.

The room was confortable and quiet. The entire hotel appears recently updated. It was spotless with attractive decor.

We walked with backpacks from the train station and it was an easy walk. With the Welcome Card. we can use the tram to get back to the station.

I’m so pleased we chose to stay here.

Incredible boutique property in a prime location in Innsbruck. We were taken care of so well & felt like family. The breakfast was out of this world delicious as well as dinner in their beautiful restaurant. We will be back… thank you, Monica for your exceptional service.

This restaurant is good for trying traditional Austrian food. I had the Zwiebel Rostbraten which was really good.

Best ice coffee ever! Eiskaffee Gerürt (with oat milk). Also a great shrimpbowl and vegan rolls. Excellent service by the ladies running the terrace.

This hotel is an absolute gem in Innsbruck. The staff was amazing and so friendly and supportive and the rooms and hotel were beautiful; I wish we could have stayed even longer. I highly recommend dining at their restaurant, it was hands-down the best meal we had while in Austria and the atmosphere was amazing. A wonderful place with wonderful people!

We enjoyed a lunch here. Traditional Austrian food. ordered Tiroler Gröstl. Pretty good

Good food (we had the pumpkin soup and an appetizer of prosciutto on flatbread), good drinks, and good staff

We booked last-minute after a flight cancellation. The owner could not help enough in finding us a cot and helping us arrange dinner after arriving late. I only wish we had a chance to stay longer as the room was wonderful, the bed cosy and the restaurants looked very inviting!

Really enjoyed the flammküchen and the homemade iced tea. Located in a nice and quiet street, lovey terrace.

Positively surprised at the very delicious vegan option (Gemüsegröstl). Great wine. Friendly service. Would recommend.

Lovely hotel, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff! We had a small hiccup with the booking systems not translating our request for the number of people properly, but the head reception lady went out of her way to make sure we could still have enough beds for all the children, and did it all with a positive and reassuring attitude. Breakfast is included and varied, including non-dairy milk options and non-pork protein options. And there’s AC, such a boon in a European summer. Highly recommend!

Once you step inside this hotel you understand dreams can come true. This hotel is a piece of art. All the details are so thoughtful and the service is impeccable. The 400 years of experience in the hotel industry are obvious and should be a standard. They have the most comfortable beds and pillows I ever slept on. Having Airbnbs myself I am aware of the requirements of a host and this place blew our mind. Breakfast was delicious too. We would definitely come back

Cosy restaurant, Old meets modern kind of style and more importantly amazing food, high quality ingredients. Located in the heart of the city.
I've been here 2 times and plan to come again next time I'm in Innsbruck again.

I only went to the restaurant but it served great traditional Tyrolean cuisine and it is just a stone's throw from the golden roof. The Käsespätzel is highly recommended and the vanilla panna cotta was to die for.

Incredible location, unique rooms with very comfortable beds in a beautiful old building, fantastic breakfast buffet and super friendly helpful staff.

I booked this little gem last min and so glad I did. It's in the center of town, main area. It's a beautiful boutique hotel with a friendly staff, great breakfast, truly amazing rooms. If I ever come back to Innsbruck, I will stay there again!

The hotel was very clean, rooms are spacious and nice, freshly renovated - boutique style. Food was nice, staff very friendly and helpful!

A couple things to improve:
- Putting desks in rooms would be super helpful
- Waiting times at the restaurant are ridiculous, we had to wait 20 minutes for a bottle of wine.
