Hotel Innsbruck

Truly a gorgeous place to stay. Great service, good food, friendly staff. Cannot say enough good things about it. The pillow menu is really fun and unique. Spa areas are nice. Everything in the place was spotless and the location was perfect. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in Innsbruck.

Fabulous location and fabulous hotel. Literally in the heart of Innsbruck with fantastic views, just a short walking distance from a bus that takes you from the airport in less than 20 mins. The whole hotel has a luxurious feel to it but is also passionate about recycling and fair trade products which felt good. The room was clean and had everything we could possibly need. Breakfast superb!! All the staff were very friendly and professional. Had a lovely stay there and would go back in a heartbeat.

We felt that the value at this hotel was unmatched! The rooms were beautiful and looked exactly as advertised. The views were amazing from the room. Service was incredible and super friendly. Free breakfast buffet was amazing, we had it every day! And the location of course was unbeatable. The stay also included an Innsbruck Card ("plus" level for staying three or more nights), which includes free public transit and some cable car rides! The Air conditioning worked as well, which we found was rare for our October European trip but much appreciated here because of the unseasonable weather.

The windows that opened all the way were so cool! The only problem was the room window opened up onto one of the busiest streets in innsbruck. This comes with the location though, when the windows were closed they were soundproof.

I'm already recommending the Hotel Innsbruck to friends and family. It was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our two week trip to Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

Organized a three-day event for 60 guests. The hotel was extremely accommodating to ensure we had the best set up for all our different sessions and dinners. Very smooth communication and support during orga.
Food was great.
Definitely recommend also for big events

We have stayed 3 consequent years in Hotel Innsbruck between 2019 and 2022. It is a great hotel, in the heart of the city. Great breakfast and good rooms. We will stay there this year as well. Strongly recommending

I have stayed at this hotel for over 100 nights during the last 10 years total. I find the hotel excellent in all respects. They are very professional. This is one of my favorite hotels in the whole world and I travel professionally. They have what I consider the best breakfast I have had in Europe at any 4 star property. I could not be more pleased with them!!

I stayed here for 5 days during Xmas. Very nice hotel with good services, well located. I did pay a little extra for the mountain view but it was worth it. Breakfast was excellent, Xmas dinner was also excellent, really nothing i can complain about. They have an indoor pool and some spa services, i didn't use any but i checked the pool and it looked nice. The hotel is very well located, we took a bus from the airport to the city center and then just walked. The Xmas market is right around the corner, there is also a good food market across the street, bunch of good restaurants nearby (make a reservation). Staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back there, no doubts.

We stayed for a week. Amazing hotel, spotlessly clean, deserves 5* !!! Tap water is drinking water from the mountains ✨, rooms are beautifully decorated, swimming pool Is on the small side but very clean 🫧, enjoyed every moment, thank you so much ❣

I had a very good stay here after a few nights in a hostel with no AC in a heat wave. Jana was really helpful with dinner areas for me and friends. The ceiling had some pretty cool stars are night too. The AC made a weird noise and parking was a little tight, but overall I had a really great stay here and hope to return. The pool area was nice too.

We visited just a restaurant of hotel the Innsbruck for a planned group dinner. The interior is classy and luxorious. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed. This place is suitable for both group events as well as for romantic dinners.
The service was professional and quick. The meal was perfect and delicious. We had the Wienerschnitzel with baked potatoes. Kaiserschmaren was served as a desert. For wine we sellected red Italian Primitivo, yum. 👍🏻🙋🏻‍♂

Very nice place, the breakfast it's awesome.
Also the spa and swimming pool are very nice. Of course depending on the time u use them, they can be crowded.

Great hotel base for skiing and exploring the city. The room was modern, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel - central location, beautiful room, comfortable pillows, little touches in the decor are delightful - I don’t want to give it away - it must be experienced. Best thing is the spa - the pool downstairs is just beautiful (and 24/7!) and the spa upstairs has views of the mountains. The staff at the reception desk are good, really friendly - also their manager/supervisor- she was lovely as well. The breakfast is decent - big buffet with hot food and vegetarian options. But the experience is a bit chaotic - there isn’t enough staff to manage the number of people at breakfast so they struggle to take orders and manage the service. But it didn’t hamper our experience - we loved the hotel and will be back to stay! Highly recommend.

Thanks for your help 🙏. I had problem to find place in Innsbruck where I can leave my sport baggage. I had free time till evening and want to admire the city, but with snowboard it was impossible. Thanks to the receptionist, for making an exception and allowing me to leave my bag until the evening 🙏🙏🙏. I want to wish success to your business

A great hotel right outside the old city. Literally 3 minutes walk. Lovely decorated rooms. Comfy beds. Great facilities and great staff.

Awesome hotel. Great breakfast (a bit understaffed), very helpful staff at the front desk and with a 3 day stay you get an Innsbruck City Card with free transportation for your whole trip + 20% discounts in multiple attractions.

Stayed on a luxury suite which is a two store suite with living room bellow + bathroom and bedroom upstairs, including jacuzzi and a sauna (the last one within the shower).

Hotel has a major pool with sauna in the level -1 that I used with my son and it was lovely.

The best hotel in the city with amazing staff that makes you feel like part of the family. All the facilities are so beautiful and the Christmas decoration throughout the whole hotel makes it even better experience!

We came to Innsbruck for our family trip (two adults and one 2 years old). Very nice hotel with great service, nice staff and as we are lovers of the food, we were utterly happy :-). Definitely 5 *.

Fabulous hotel right in the middle of the old town but easy access to the river and wonderful views .

Stayed here end of Summer 2023. Fantastic location, great personnel who take care of their visitors and fantastic barkeepers!

Big room (if you travel alone), caring personnel at breakfast who often clean and make sure you have enough coffee. Will most likely travel back to Innsbruck later and stay at same hotel.

Did not use any of the "exclusive" stuff (sauna, swimbath etc). Hotel is close to more or less anything (old town, downtown, McDonalds...) so everything is in walking distance.

In summary (like an other famous Austrian would say): I'll be back!
