Wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff was so attentive at the hotel, restaurant and the winery. The winery tour guide was so knowledgeable. The owner have invested so much of their heart and soul to making this a stunning place.

My family and I went for the visit + lunch. The French girl tour guide was so nice and made the experience quite entertaining. The wine tasting and food were really good. They serve food and wine with no end!!! 😍 the service was incredible during the lunch. My sister cannot eat green or red pepper, and they made the impossible to make her lunch worthy. The Mexican waitress was so polite and efficient!!!

Such a beautiful hotel with amazing 360• panoramic views. Delicious breakfasts with lots of choice of fruit, juice, bread and pastries and eggs and cold meats. Fabulous restaurant with views and top wine list from its own winery. Immaculate bedrooms with balconies and en-suite with spa showers. Lovely Uvas Frescas (grape) toiletries.

My family and I had a fantastic trip to this winery / hotel. The staff was helpful and kind, especially during our meal service. The server / sommelier was very knowledgeable. The breakfast was also included and it was very good value. We had amazing views and a tour of the winery, with delicious wine and snacks. We would definitely stay here again as the scenery was absolutely gorgeous.

Beautiful setting and very attractive and interesting tour. Wines vary in quality- some were quite nice (ochenta for example) others lacked depth. Hotel also very nice with wonderful views from room. (Food was just okay)

The place is fabulous! The lunch menu is delicious: plenty of food and wine for a really good price. Don’t miss the tour to the winery and caves.
We had a room with a view to the vineyard that was very cozy.

Hotel in a 130 hectare vineyard with a 6 generation tradition dating back to 1870. Nice rooms. Beautiful views from the terraces and the restaurant. Very good 5 course tasting menu for dinner. Good service.

Amazing stay: super nice staff, great food & wine and a very comfortable room. My favourite part of the experience though was the sensation of being in a place that was the result of labour and love. Getting to know d. Vitorino Eguren Ugarte was the bonus of this trip. We loved it all and we'll repeat it.

What an incredible experience ,I cannot fault this place. The rooms were exquisite. The care and passion from the staff was so passionate and caring. The views and premises and stories about how everything was and is done now are mindblowing. I actually dont want to leave ! The waiter last night also gave an 85 year old woman the thrill of her life by helping her back to the hotel with the ride of her life, she cant stop talking about it. (It was all a bit hard with a walking stick and wine !) Thank you to everyone for this amazing memory.

Beautiful winery in La Rioja. We enjoyed the tour very much (in English although it's helpful if you are able to speak a little bit of Spanish or are accustomed to understanding English with a heavy Spanish accent). The lunch was excellent and we bought a lot of wine!

One of the highlights of our Europe trip. Gorgeous hotel, amazing food (with vegetarian options), great wine and staff were lovely.

I'd highly recommend to anyone staying in Rioja, incredible value for money, you won't regret it.

Such a great place to have stayed! In an enchanting piece of Spain, surrounded by grapes you find your hotel in a very special looking building. You take the elevator from the reception down to your room, to find out the elevator is glass and goes through the wine cellar! Fantasic!

Room is beatiful, stunning views from the big balcony, huge bathroom with seat under the shower and nozzles to make the water come from every angle. Good bed, bood free wifi, and mini bar that's included in the room price.

We ate our dinners here as well, and were not diapointed. Perhaps the courses could come a little less quick, but the food was nice and tasty. And so were the wines, of course!

Fantastic experience! Really enjoyed learning about Victorino's life and achievements, but for sure the wine experience is the most incredible.

This place is unbelievable! I’m very grateful for the experience and hospitality. The food was off the charts, the tour was unforgettable, and the wine exceptional! I didn’t want to leave and it’s the first place I plan on visiting again when I’m able to return to Europe.

A truly fantastic hotel. Take a balcony room. Eat at the restaurant with a window view. 5 star life starts here....the grounds and distant views are stunning..take a walk. 3 miles from Laguardia where some restaurants offer a free taxi service to/from. We thought the restaurant food was excellent..if it was microwaved it must have been a Michelin star microwave. Visit Ysios winery(book online in advance).

I would give more than 5 stars! Restaurant is amazing, room have amazing view! Architecture is amazing! And they have exceptional service they made special menu for my girlfriend with allergy!

The price is almost to low!

What an amazing vineyard! We loved it, having been to much less friendly one. The staff bent over backwards to help us and the tasting was fabulous. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars
