The hotel is beautiful and the staff are great. The staff went over the top for us. We had to make an early train in Logroño and I our driver booked through an agency was to pick us up at 5:30am. When my wife and I arrived downstairs the night manager had set out a little breakfast for us and made sure we were all set. He then proceeded to monitor our situation as we waited for our driver. As you probably guessed, our driver did not show up. The night manager locked up to the hotel and drove us to our train in his own car. We made the train by 7 minutes. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Beautiful hotel. Individual character to rooms. Super staff. Very nice breakfast. On the main, small, plaza mayor so a great location- next to the tourist info centre too! Highly recommended

What a unique location, backed up by lovely rooms and excellent service from everyone in the hotel.
Our room was beautiful, atmospheric and comfortable. We had dinner sitting outside and the food was very good as was the service - friendly, efficient and professional. Needless to say perhaps, the wine list was extensive and we got good help in choosing a lovely bottle of Rioja.

Beautiful place with excellent service. The rooms are spectacular, mine included a jacuzzi and two balconies with a wonderful view. Dinner was excellent, too.

Great service matched by excellent food and wine list (and spot on recommendation from waiter who was also engaging and attentive). Not cheap but actually a good value! Located right in the middle of the walled village of LaGuardia. Has a “wine cave” for a pleasant spot to have a glass before dinner.

Great hotel in the center of Laguardia. Amazing wine cellar and higher end restaurant in the same building. The staff were exceptionally helpful, accommodating many requests and putting up with our bad (nonexistent) Spanish. They made us feel welcome in their small town. I would be sure to visit again if I'm ever in the area.

This place is definitely a gem of La Rioja!
Out of all the places we went in La Rioja, this was our most favorite one! I felt literally at home! The most charming place with the most AMAZING food, service, not to mention infinite elegant decor. We fell absolutely in love with Charry, the owner and the heart behind the whole operation. Roberto, the most charming and knowledgeable server you’ll ever meet. My husband and I want to buy the place next door and be neighbors just so we can hang out with the WHOLE staff! Thank you so much for the most unforgettable trip! We cannot wait until we see you again!

A really excellent staying in a spectacular building (and town) just in the middle of the town. Perfect service and restaurant. We stayed in a really romantic room with good comfort.

Beautiful restaurant with fantastic food offerings and an extensive wine list (as it should have considering it’s location). The star of the show is Roberto the waiter from Honduras who was really friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are not cheap but it’s worth it. Go here.

We are taking a toad trip with our best friends from Madrid up to northern Spain and into France. We came upon unexpected weather driving to San Sebastián and decided to spend the night in Laguardia which one of us had ever heard of. Let me tell you, this hotel was a true find and a diamond in the ruff. The accommodations and service were outstanding. The food as superb. This hotel was so funky fun and fabulous. The cave underneath was authentic as was the little adorable medieval town from the 10th century. 10 plus for this hotel. Roberto is one of the staff and couldn’t be more accommodating.

Belatedly reporting we had the most wonderful Thanksgiving dinner here in 2021. Wonderful food and service. Nice ambiance.

Wow, a hidden jewel... Lovely, luxurious, boutique, relaxing... Everything perfect and above all, the personnel very skilled, helpful and pleasant. Great food in the restaurant though a bit more expensive.

We didn't stayed at the place, but had a tour of the rooms, the spa and wine bodega. It is beautiful, and the rooms are decorated in a very tasteful way, great attention to detail on everything.

Gorgeous food and nice attentive service in a historical building in LaGuardia's main plaza. Loved the pork cheeks, so so tender.
