Restaurante Miba

amazing service from start to finish! we really enjoyed the beautiful view, interesting starters and all of our meat dishes were seasoned to perfection. The hake fish could be skipped. A little expensive, but totally worth it for the quality of food and view that you get. They had a seasonal menu and interesting dishes so everyone can find something. The beef dish was the star of the food, tasted incredible and the presentation was amazing.

Had an amazing experience! Food is on a seasonal small
menu but overall incredible and my family is still talking about it days later. The beef tenderloin was tasty, tender and light and “magic”, croquettes were perfect and if I could have married the chef to have them every day - I would. House white wine was photographed and I will be attempting to find it in the duty free airport for the rest of my life.

I ate here as part of my half board stay so didn’t see the full menu.

The food I had was delicious. Salad starter was moreish, the tempura seafood was perfectly cooked with the batter nice and light. The authentic Spanish sauce it was served on was very interesting and went well with the fish. ( Can’t remember the name of it )

Cheesecake dessert was good.

The waiting staff were attentive, unobtrusive and friendly. The young waiter did his job very well and recommended a nice white wine.

Good location. Restaurant is open the whole week. Interesting menu. Quality of the dishes is very good. Good wine from wineries in the region. Fantastic pastries.
The chefs are top class and service is of high quality. Highly recommended.

Definitely don’t miss this great restaurant! Beautiful view, super friendly staff and extremely talented chef in the kitchen. The food is outstanding! By the way, we made a huge mistake eating at restaurant Peñon on the beach the first night, the food was absolutely horrible, see my other review on it. If you are in the area, definitely come to Miba restaurant for a meal.

Poder ver el atardecer desde la terraza es un lujo con las vistas que tiene, la comida exquisita y el trato del personal genial, a nosotras nos atendió Alba que además nos sugirió algunos platos.

Ein tolles Restaurant an einem besonders schönen Fleck. Das Restaurant hat eine unglaublich schöne Aussicht, die Dachterasse bietet sich wunderbar an um den Sonnenuntergang bei einem kühlen Drink zu genießen. Die Bedienung ist ausgesprochen nett und sehr aufmerksam, das Essen unglaublich lecker und ausgefallen. Hier passt einfach alles.

veramente ottimo hotel dalla struttura nuova ben finita camere molto belle e spaziose con vista mare città e castello con aria condizionata e balcone ,ampio bagno con una doccia fantastica poi la cosa spettacolare la piscina che da vista sul mare poi alla sera volendo si può cenare in terrazza a bordo piscina godendosi di un panorama spettacolare

Das Restaurant hat eine unglaublich schöne Aussicht, weswegen man möglichst auf dem Balkon sitzen sollte, um bei wunderbarem Wetter und mit einer ausgesprochen netten Bedienung leckeres Essen zu genießen.

WIr haben das getan und meine Frau hatte als Vorspeise einen Tomatensalat und dann Lubina (Fisch) mit gefrorenem Pulver aus Entenleber sowie aus einer Kräutermischung, während ich einen Salat nach Waldorf Art vorweg und dann Thunfischtatar mit Spiegelei hatte.

Es ist sicherlich nicht das günstigste Restaurant in der Umgebung, aber alles in allem aus unserer Sicht seinen Preis wert.

Buen trato y Eficaz

Las vistas son increibles. El castillo de Salobreña, la playa y por supuesto el mar.La comida esta muy buena y con gran elaboración. Los camareros muy atentos ,explicándote todos los platos.Un sitio para ir en ocasiones especiales. Merece la pena.

El sitio es ideal, tiene unas vistas increíbles. La decoración del restaurante es de muy buen gusto y la atención de los camareros es buena.

Lo importante del restaurante es la comida, muy innovadora y sobre todo muy rica. La relación calidad-precio es razonable. No es un sito económico pero vale la pena.

En la parte de arriba tienen una terrazas para tomar cafe o una copa muy muy bonito con piscina incluida. Lo recomiendo y repetiría sin dudarlos.
