Hotel Impressive Playa Granada Golf

We had a lovely time! The hotel facilities are exceptional. The beach is right outside the resort and at walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to come back again!

Visiting Playa Granada for the first time and having a wonderful family time here. Seaside location is perfect, facilities are lovely (including anything you need for active holiday), territory is beautifully landscaped and maintained, lots of green spaces and blooming flowers and trees. Personnel of the resort are very friendly and ready to go an extra mile, if you ask for anything. Food is nice, and although there is only one restaurant, there is plenty of choice, including daily bbq’s. Animation team entertains both kids and adults with sports games and fun competitions, and the evening shows are great addition to the day too. Thanks everyone at Playa Granada for a lovely holiday.

The best hotel that we have ever been to! Animators are full of positive energy, really helpful service, lots of atractions and the view is amazing. Every day there is a different cuisine at the dinner which we really have apreciated. At the beach you can relax and read a book in a peacefull atmosphere. We loved so many shows that gave such a talented artists every evening at the theatre. We can recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to spend unforgettable vacations with a beautiful sunny weather.

Great place to stay to relax and if you want to go cycling near by. Had a room with sea view, was lovely. Staff are great, all very friendly and professional. Great location, beach, sea, mountains. Food is decent, good range, always something you are happy to eat.

Roberto is the best barkeeper that I have ever met, he is nice, chill and welcoming. He is simply the best guy and I would come back to the hotel just for Roberto.

Great place at the sea. Suits those traveling alone or with family. Great pools. The place has a relaxed feel. Shame the gym's equipment isn't in working order.

Pleasant, helpfull and professional staff; very large area with many green places, pools and play grounds, enough quantity of free sunbeds also on grass before beach, Big, clean room with very comfortable beds in many low buildings. Excellent and very wide food selection in main restaurant , good snack bar.

Room a little bit too noisy (thin walls), The beach rather rocky. It would be worth to add at least 1 more bar because there is only one main open in the evening and snack bar closer to beach.

However, it is not often that I pen down reviews for hotels. But my recent stay at the Impressive Hotel Playa Granada in Motril demands acknowledgment.

In my professional experience, the true test of customer service isn’t during smooth sailing, but rather when navigating through troubled waters. During our stay, an issue arose not due to the hotel, but a vendor associated with them. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the executive staff who handled the situation with utmost professionalism and care, resolving it seamlessly.

Beyond this incident, the Impressive Hotel was an exquisite retreat. The moment we stepped inside, the ambience hinted at the luxury that lay ahead. Our spacious double room, adorned with elegant decor and comfortable beds, served as our serene haven.

The gastronomic journey presented in the form of a buffet was an absolute delight. The staff, with their professionalism and warmth, added significantly to our overall enjoyment, ensuring efficient and unobtrusive service.

The distinct charm of the Impressive lies in its attention to detail. Every feature is painstakingly curated, enhancing the unique allure of our stay. It was not just a hotel, but an experience that has found a permanent place in our memories.

I, along with my daughter and nephew, wholeheartedly recommend the Impressive Hotel and eagerly await our next visit.

Amazing hotel, perfect stay for a holiday!

Playa Granada is a great hotel with amazing food, nice rooms and impressive entertainment! It’s big but you don’t feel there is many people. It’s very chill! The staff are super nice and helpful. I was there for work and it has all you need for a group trip.

Highly recommend this hotel!

Overall a very nice place to stay in. Clean, tidy and well looked after. Good selection of food, especially for breakfast and dinner. Sports facilities include pool, tennis, football and volleyball. You can borrow equipment to use. Close to the beach, with the hotel grounds actually next to the sea front. Plently of loungers, shades, plam trees etc. The entertainment offered was good, but its not obvious where this is happening and the advertised times dont always match reality. Location is a bit isolated, with not much within easy walking distance from the hotel. There is a bus to Motril from outside the entrance, but many people had use of a hire car. You can cycle to Motril just about all the way on a cycle path (8km). Salobenia is a walk along the beach and is about 5km, but had some lovely shops and resturants. Mostly non English guests, but very international. Would definelty recommend for a weeks stay.

Had a great stay with a motorcycle group. We will come again.

Had a couple of days in hotel on a golf break. Hotel is excellent, reasonably priced and has everything you need. Pool is great and lots of space with sun beds if you need to get away from everyone. Right on the beach if you want the sea. Lots of entertainment if you want it and the buffet food was good. There are a few bars restaurants to wall to if you want. Golf course is quirky but enjoyed playing it and would definitely go back again 😀

As we don't stay at resorts much this one seems very nice.
It was pretty quiet when we stayed in November but from the looks at all the lounging chairs it must get pretty busy in the warmer months.
The rooms where nice beds comfortable and the shower big enough for a full grown man ( you will understand if you have done lots of travelling in Europe )
The buffet was adequate I wouldn't say the best food I have had in Spain so we ventured out of the resort to explore other cuisine options.
As we tend to drink Gin in Spain because of the many varities we found very few at the resort bar.
The pools were nice and the property will maintained.
If your a sandy beach person you might find their beach a bit on the rocky side which I would assume is the same underwater ( it was pretty rough when we were there so no venturing out into the water)
But if resorts are your kinda holiday this place should meet your needs

Really great hotel. Staff members are very friendly and generous (which mattes when you’re doing the all-in 🙃) A bit far from the commercial center of Motril, but offers all amenities (and much more) on site. Cabs to the center are 15€ (2022). Highly recommended.

Very good food. Perfect staff. I did some mistakes but the was helpful. They resolved my problems. Hotel for all. Small children have separate pool. Safe for them silence for rest people. Many green space. We are looking for silence place and it was good decision. Rooms bright, clean and modern. What is bad? On Tuesday we must back. It is bad thing.
