Camping Péguère

I had the pleasure of meeting the famed women you read so much about in the reviews here. She defo is as nice and warm hearted as the people write. She has always a smile reserved for you and tries her best communicatibg even though not speaking the same language. I will not shy back announcibg her to be the nicest person of this town.
The campside is also the nicest one of three we checked out in this area, though if you looking for a bungalow better call first, there are only rarely openings. For tent and camper it is well equiped. It's next to the river if fishing is your thing, apart from the river It's quite and though it's half an hour by foot away from the town center, you have an outdoor shop and supermarket 5 minute walk away. If you hike the G10 have a rest here :)

A very nice large Campsite for caravans, motorhome and tents plus some static permanent homes. Large pitches, stunning mountain views, the site is very well kept, clean and tidy. Three toilet blocks all clean and modern. Our car, caravan, 2 people and 10amp cost €20.50 a night in early June 2023. Our pitch had it's own water, grey water waste point and electric. The site is next to a fast flowing river which gives a constant fairly loud white noise. This didn't bother us. Short ish walk into Cauterets which has supermarket shops market bars and restaurants. I recommend this campsite.

Very large pitches, clean toilets and a warm welcome.
We asked for directions to go hiking and got a clear explanation.
And off course: a magnificent view.

Nous avions loué le gîte dans le camping pour un week-end. Celui ci est très agréable bien équipé et très propre .
La propriétaire est d une très grande gentillesse

Camping meraviglioso con disponibilità di elettricità. Molto vasto e grandi spazi per tende di ogni dimensione. I bagni puliti e dotati di ogni comfort come docce/gabinetto/lavandini separati in ogni sezione e disponibilità di lavatrice. Spazio gioco per bimbi e zona barbecue. La proprietaria è una persona gentilissima e disponibile ad aiutarti nel caso di qualche mancanza. Prima esperienza di camping e sono stata felicissima. Non molto distante dal villaggio di Cauterets (in auto direi 3 min) e a 400mt (a piedi) c'è un Carrefour e un Intersport. Il rumore costante del torrente d'acqua ha reso l'esperienza ancora più bella. Da rifare!

Camping très verdoyant, jolie pelouse, en pente. Propriétaire très gentille, très accueillante.
Magnifique panorama sur les Pyrénées, très calme, seulement le bruit du torrent.
Situé à 1,5 km du centre de Cauterets, accessible à pieds par voie verte. Plusieurs sanitaires répartis sur toute la longueur du terrain, toujours impeccables. De nombreux points d’eau. A prévoir une amélioration du vidoir pour wc cassette. Un grand bloc tout neuf au centre.

Très bon camping ,malgré notre arrivée tardive ,nous avons été très bien reçu et nous avons pu choisir notre emplacement ce qui est très appréciable pour être au calme ou à côté des sanitaires.
Nous avons pu régulariser le matin notre emplacement avec encore une fois une personne agréable.
C est un camping très propre et très calme .
Nous vous conseillons dit séjourner vous ne serez pas dessus et très proche de la ville

Accueilli par Laurence pour quelques nuits en Septembre. Super accueil, souriante et adorable. Nous avons deux chiens et ça c'est super bien passé! Les photos sont là pour témoigner de la vue que nous avions depuis notre emplacement, sublime!

Camping très agréable. Arrivé sans réservation et camping quasi complet nous avons été très bien accueillis. Emplacement spacieux, sanitaire propre et un fond sonore agréable avec la rivière à proximité

Magnifique panorama sur les Pyrénées, très calme avec seulement le bruit du Ruisseau qui vous berce pendant la nuit.
Proche du centre de cauterets et un carrefour est accessible à pied.
