Why does this not have a Michelin star? Superb. Fabulous food with option of sublime wine/drink pairings. Choose 2, 3, 5 or 7 courses (with choices for each) with or without wine pairing (but their wine selection is excellent). Each dish is described in detail (French or English) by the server. They are complex and full of (sometimes unexpected) flavours. Just brilliant.

On our last evening of our vacation we dined in this wonderful restaurant in Rouen. The food and pairing wines were exceptional (with the chef prepairing a special menu for the vegetarian)

Such an amazing experience! The food left us speechless. The combination of the ingredients and the presentation were marvelous, everything on the menu was well-thought, pure art and science blended together. The service was excellent as well - so friendly, sweet and knowledgeable. Probably one of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. They definitely deserve a Michelin star (or even several)

Wonderful Culinarie experience. Best food we found in Rouen! From starter to dessert everything delicious and well presented. I especially loved the rhubarb dessert.
We had the three course menu and spent about €100 for two people including an amazing glass of white wine and water.

Absolutely delicious food in a beautiful setting, the fish course and the tartar both fantastic, pork also very good (the beetroot in calvados served with the pork is amazing). Wine did not disappoint nor did the service, the price was also not too bad for what it was.

I'm not sure why they don't have the Michelin star, but they do check all the boxes. Our experience was outstanding since the moment I made the reservation. The team works very harmoniously, making us feel very welcome. Now, the food? That was mind-blowing. What an experience!

Modern French with great variety of texture, colour and flavour on the plate. Took the 3-course option which allowed us to share one of everything. May have been just our preference but for each course we felt one option to be clearly superior. The pork tenderloin was the standout of the entire meal.

We went for the three course menu. Everything was well executed and presented. Original flavors. Special thanks to the staff for their hospitality and for making my mom's birthday special.

I was so concentrated on my food that I never managed to take any photos.
The history of this place is very interesting. The Chef used to work for a Michelin star restaurant and gave it up to open his own place.
Pure magic! I am sure I might have been one of the first vegan clients who ever walked in and I was not disappointed. From the amuse bouche, through my starter, main, the delicious pineapple soup for dessert and the Saint Joseph red wine… The combination of flavours, the chemistry behind them and the balance of flavours and textures… Best vegan experience I’ve ever had!!!
My friend is not a vegan and he is a regular at the restaurant and he also lives every dish, every time.
This is a great option if you want to try contemporary French cuisine at its best.

A wonderful restaurant, which completely justifies its Michelin star, offering truly delicious food. Except French, stuff has a certain level of English knowledge as well.
