Pace Pet Supplies

This pet shop has become mine and sprockets weekly trip so she can grab her treats (its her favourite time of the week). They have such a wide range of treats all at reasonable prices, they also have lots of wonderful toys, coats and leads. They also have lots of other supplies for a wide range of animals. The lovely owner always recognises sprocket, shes very welcoming and offers sprocket treats when she come in.

Fantastic store and people! Great variety of pet supplies. Always willing to help and provide advice if needed. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Visited for the first time today. I was really impressed by the huge range of dog treats at reasonable prices. The owner was really friendly too. I'll definitely be back!

Visited yesterday for the first time and couldn’t believe it when I realised the absolutely lovely and friendly lady used to own the fish and hardware shop many years ago and she remembered me from back then. What a wonderful shopping experience! so so helpful exactly as she was many years ago. Fabulous range and selection of products. Really genuinely interested when I discussed my pets needs and made several suggestions and recommendations- my new go to pet shop.

Such friendly inviting owners dogs favourite shop to go to..good range of products at really good prices I can't recommend this shop more ideally located in the town centre

Lovely pet shop and has sooooo many goodies for our Belgium Malinois. We live 200 miles away but always come to this pet shop when we visit the area. The kind lady always says hello to our dog and offers him a cheeky free treat and makes a big fuss. She always stops what she is doing for a good natter! Thank you as always and we will back soon for more ears!!!

Pace Pets are my go to for anything animal related. If they don’t stock it, they will gladly order it in especially for you. Super friendly, warm and welcoming staff. Fantastic range of good quality pet products and really reasonable prices. Pace Pets really stands out from your average pet shop, I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

I'd like to give it 5* but after today's visit i dont even want to give 1 but i have to in order to post this review. Usually the woman behind the counter is lovely, she helps with the door and is very friendly to my young boy. Today, it was a man (husband, I think) and he was very rude with me and my 1½year old son. Really upset me having to deal with him, whilst already carrying a young baby and trying to manage my toddler. The guy didn't seem to understand that my toddler is a TODDLER, and I am trying my best to teach him not to throw things, especially in shops!
My partner and I are sad we won't be back, as, as I have said, the woman was lovely just a shame he wasn't.
It's left me shaken and so upset, not putting myself through that again!
