I had a wonderful experience purchasing from Mineheart. As I had a very specific project in mind, they agreed to send me a custom print version of this portrait. The first one I received got stained by clumsiness, while hanging the frame, and I was tremendously sad about it. Their customer service did their best to help me, and I got a chance to order a new print. This “Blue and White Butterfly on Lady” is a dream, the perfect mix between classic and whimsical - perfect for my Victorian inspired home, filled with fantasy, magical extravaganza. Thank you so much Mineheart for selling original paintings, and thank you John for providing a perfect costumer service!

I purchased the George Aries Esq. Rug for a Client and it really added to the design. I love the richness of the colour, the shape and the low pile which was perfect for a space that had quite a bit of foot flow

I ordered wallpaper and fabric from Mineheart, my order was acknowledged immediately and I was kept informed every step of the way from dispatch to delivery. The fabric was better quality than I thought it would be and the wallpaper was thick and easy to use, both items are a true colour to those on the website. The quality of the customer service of this company is excellent and makes a refreshing change from the normal battles that I have recently experienced, especially with larger companies.

My experience with my first purchase has been excellent(even though I was unable to use product) let me explain . . .I ordered the panelling wallpaper in ‘cream’ for my hall, but when it arrived it was more ‘beige’ than ‘cream’ it was perfect in every other way quality wise it was a truly luxury wall coving beautifully produced and if I had not already committed myself to ‘cream’ I would have kept it. However I was very pleasantly surprised with the response I got after I gave a review online-I was swiftly contacted by email and can now add that the customer services at Mineheart are excellent and I shall definitely order from here again.

I first saw this company on face book and was intrigued by some of their products.
I browsed the site and realised that they produced something a little bit different and not the normal generic stuff which can be found in abundance , in many shops and web sites.
I ordered several rolls of ‘Dark Driftwood Damask ‘ wallpaper. It arrived in good time and is absolutely beautiful! The quality is brilliant ......
If you want something a little different, then I would highly recommend this company.
The staff were friendly and helpful; can’t fault them .

I ordered a cushion I had given it some thought it was quite expensive but different however when it arrived I was so disappointed that it had a hollow fibre filling and not feather. I called the company to explain thinking I was going to have a problem I couldn’t have been more wrong ... the gentleman I spoke to was utterly charming and understood and within a couple of days he sent me a feather filler free of charge!
And for that sir you have a very loyal customer as I simply love your stuff

Wallpaper was amazing, however, the customer service i received was even better. i ordered the paper on a Wednesday and missed the cutoff for delivery but after a phone call to customer service they rushed the order through for me and i received it the next day! Definitely 5 star service and product.

I absolutely love the collections, and regularly browse the website. We have purchased a couple of the Himitsuhana canvases. The art is so unusual and witty. I’m also a little obsessed with the wallpaper. Highly recommend Mineheart.

I was blown away by it’s beauty and am thrilled with it.

When the ‘Large’ parcel arrived I was quite excited as I started to open the box carefully, well it was like Pass the Parcel ! Brother STANWICK was beautifully packaged in his own fitted polystyrene coat within its own box well taped!!
Enough of the packaging, it was perfect by the way! When I saw my Brother STANWICK I can honestly say I felt like a child whose Christmases had all come at once!!!

It is absolutely perfect and I am now in love with a blue/green inanimate object and my partner just looks at me as if I have completely lost it!!
