Popped I on the off chance (was attending a lecture in the Great Hall). Met with a smile. Clear they were busy but managed to fit me in.
Quickly got me a Cobra pint.
Poppadoms and pickle tray excellent. Served very quickly.
Had main prawn Madazy (spelling?). Again speedy service. Great taste. Big prawns!
Chapatti was massive.
Medium price for mains.

Had a really nice meal here. Service was quick and extremely friendly. Food was superb…one of the best Indians we’ve had in a while. Will return one day.

Just excellent Indian food. Good serving sizes - we found 2 mains, a rice and a nan just right for 2 people. Friendly, efficient service too.

Had a really nice meal lamb madras. It's a little hotter than I am used to but tasted great nonetheless. It's nice to see that a restaurant doesn't skimp on a lamb dish, it had plenty of meat. Highly recommend

Coming from Manchester and the Rusholme Curry Mile tonight's meal exceeded anticipation. Put aside the ample serving the flavours were exceptional. Well done.

This was our first visit and we were very impressed! The food was cooked beautifully and
tasted amazing. I would as far as to say it's up there with the best I've had.
We were a party of 4 and each if us enjoyed our curries immensely.
Price wise it was very reasonable.
Without doubt we will be going back!

My favourite curry house. The food is amazing. Very welcoming and cozy atmosphere. Staff are friendly and obliging. To save disappointment call ahead and make a reservation before you pay this little gem a visit, especially Saturday evenings as it can be fully booked.

Great environment, clean establishment and friendly attentive staff. Food was delicious and fresh. Beer was cold and refreshing. I didn't have a single complaint. By far one of my favourite places, beating the likes of Jinnah and Aagrah. Keep up the great work and I'm looking forward to our next meal there.

First visit here last night with my colleague. Wow the food, the service everything was incredible. Best curry we have both had in years and what amazing value at £12 for a 3 course meal. We can't wait to visit again!

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was great and plenty of it.

Enjoyed the food (especially butter chicken and naan), and hospitality during my time in England. If I ever happen to be back here again, I will most certainly eat here again!

Lovely place to eat, authentic food and the naans were perfectly cooked, curry was delicious and the atmosphere was very Indian. If you come to Oundle for a bite to eat I would recommend Onkar for a romantic meal or large parties, and recommend to come during the week since there is a 3 course meal for a steal of a price.

First time we've eaten in - last time we got a takeaway. On both occasions food was hot and very tasty. Shall definitely be going again or getting a delivery.
