A lovely cafe. We have tried to visit a few times but often very busy. Today we were in luck. We had a sandwich and drink each, the food was delicious. Great choice of food and drinks available. Very friendly and welcoming staff and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend a visit

We cannot recommend rectory farm kitchen enough!
We organised a baby shower for 16 guests (around half of which had dietary requirements e.g vegetarian, vegan, nut allergy and fish allergy) and the team could not have made this more straightforward! If you are looking for somewhere for a similar type of event, this is definitely the place for hassle-free perfection!
All of our guests complimented on how gorgeous the food was both presented and tasted. Considering there were 16 of us, our hot drinks all arrived so quickly and were so good. The coffee is amazing!!
Overall, we had the best time and cannot wait for our next visit!

I was treated to lunch at Rectory Farm Kitchen today by my Daughter. I had an open Salmon sandwich, which was one of the best things I have ever eaten, and I told them so. Great place to eat in a lovely rural setting.

Called in this afternoon with my husband and parents, after Mum & Dad discovered it recently. Genuinely lovely cafe with delicious locally sourced food and drinks. We stopped for tea and cake but will definitely be back for lunch soon as the menu looked very tempting!

The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was cosy and welcoming.

A particular highlight was the peppermint hot chocolate on the specials board which was excellent.

It's dog friendly too ☺

The home cooked food is fabulous, but they are tooooo generous, neither my friend nor I could finish what was on the plate, which was a crime, because it was SO delicious. Not a huge variety for desserts, but several varieties of home cooked cakes which were boxed up to take home as we couldn't eat another crumb. (cakes were fab also 😋)

An excellent cafe. Great to cycle or drive to. Service is always good and the food and coffee top notch.

I have been about 5 times now and it has been lovely all of the times!
I've stopped during bike rides for a quick snack so it's very handy having the benches outside.
My favourite thing on the menu is the chicken sandwich, really tasty, but we have tried quite alot of the menu and it's all really lovely and well thought out. Different to the standard cafe fair.

Choices include a cooked breakfast, bangers and mash, meze platter with falafel, scotch eggs, pork pies, eggs Benedict, salads, specials on the board (mum had french onion soup and creamy mushrooms) The treacle tart is delicious.
There's a small farm shop inside with food and home items and a small gallery as well if you are looking for unique gifts.
The toilets have always been clean.

If you're in the area you should definitely have a lunch visit!

Amazing jewel of a farm cafe in the middle of nowhere. First time I have visited. Very friendly staff, all local produce, I had the Mould Butchers sausage, mash & veg for a bargain price and it was delish. They have local goods for sale. Took a piece of cake home as a couldn't manage it after the main lunch. Very good menu catering for all diets and dog friendly. Sort of don't want to post and keep this a hidden gem.

The best steak baguette I've ever had, proper teapots as well as automatically providing table water, no surprise it is busy. Also ordered chicken and pearl barley broth, delicious. We are always searching for a nice Cafe locally, this hits the spot. Thank you.

Wonderful cafe, lovely staff, beautiful cakes and tasty coffee!
I use this mainly for coffee stops on my bike, always feel welcome, and with a proper bike rack and both in & outdoor seating, it's no surprise how popular it is.

Excellent all round. Food, service and Atmosphere. Had a warm steak baguette. Good quality meat it seemed and nicely cooked. Coffee was brilliant. Will certainly be going again and recommending to friends.
Parking was the only issue. Because it was wet the grass verge was difficult and only one hardstanding Blue Badge spot.

Wonderful food, drinks, and goodies!! The staff was exceptional, food came out quickly, and drinks were perfect. Staff is very knowledgeable about food allergies and made accomodations where needed. Can't wait to return to try the rest of the menu, especially the breakfast!!

First visit to this eatery following a recommendation from a friend and it didnt disappoint. The welcome from staff was very warm, it was busy but they managed to fit us in (I 'd recommend booking though). There was a good choice of food and what we had was very yummy. The setting was good too and provided a very pleasant venue within which to enjoy your food choice. We will be back very soon!

I was out, doing some delivery work, feeling parched and famished, when I stopped to make a delivery next door to this excellent café.

Having made my delivery I decided to visit Rectory Farm Kitchen, very briefly; I enjoyed a superb pork pie, and an equally egg-cellent scotch-egg. All washed down with a fun and funky Gingerella ginger-ale.

The lady running the place was particularly helpful and friendly, even topping up my near-empty water bottle!

Next time I’d like to visit properly, with my wife, and have a meal. ‘Cause on this occasion I couldn’t tarry, as I was working. Also they’d just finished serving their full lunch menu.

A little gem, hidden away in rather splendid countryside. Highly recommended.
