Vehicle Replacement Group

Not sure what the fuss is all about. I have had nothing but great service form VRG - the booking in process, the delivery and a subsequent issue with the car was dealt with promptly and with minimal fuss. I was worried prior to calling, but really shouldn't have. I spoke to a number of people, in particular Ellis and they were all very helpful. Judge by your own findings, I suspect most people that get good service don't do a review. So.... this is mine... Thanks for your help getting a replacement car whilst mine is being fixed.

Don't usually do these as I'm a technophobe and old school. I have had cause to talk to this company and from first contact I'm incredibly impressed.

Reading other reviews it seems a shame that the employees vary so markedly in their aptitude. All I can say is "TRISH IS A STAR!"🌟

I could not fault her and those that know me would be shocked to hear that. She was utterly professional, confident, positive, affable, incredibly knowledgeable, concise & clear with a real "can-do" attitude.

My needs were particularly awkward and within an hour I had been contacted by other parties with instructions from her that were 100% accurate.

This lady is a true ambassador for your company Mr Gregg. She should be your staff trainer and then maybe your staff inconsistencies could blossom into 5 star reviews😀

Let's hope the rest of my experience will be as pleasant as today.

Spoken to a few agents from Vehicle Replacement Group. One off the agents in the company was not helpful with my inquiry said it was not possible, but then I phoned again as it did not seem right and then spoken to Leah Byrne about the same inquiry, she sorted the inquiry straight away. It was very efficient customer service from Leah Byrne. Thank you very much!!

Just wanted to say VRG have been a great company to come through.
I needed a replacement vehicle and the Agent Mohammed who I spoke to was very friendly and made the entire process so simple and easy to follow.

He advised of what possible vehicles would fall into that grouping and to be provided with a vehicle that was delivered on time and clean during these hard times was a pleasant.

I’d like to thank Mohammed for going that extra mile and ensuring everything was covered within the booking process and making this experience so easy and simple.

I had an accident and required a replacement car, Vehicle Replacement Group found me a car promptly and exactly as I needed. Really pleased with the service. Loved the Mercedes!

Had a few reservations having seen the reviews but really recommend them.

Professionally and promptly arranged a temporary vehicle on behalf of the third party's agent when mine went for accident repair. The supplier Europcar was a bit half soaked in collecting but that's not VRG's fault.

Amazing experience! Great customer service and a clean car delivered on time. I felt like a really valued customer and taken care of at every step of the process. I would definitely recommend the service and would 100% use again.

Good i had my car hit by a hermes delivery driver these arranged me a hire car nice merc a200d loved it painless delivery and painless pickup spoken to charlotte a few times on the phone she was very helpful

Was a bit worried having read the other reviews, but from the first call to the moment the vehicle went back i had no issues and thought they were great.

Really impressed with how quickly the car was sorted! Super easy and the customer service rep was great.
