After a good in store ordering experience, I then read reviews on here and have to say I was nervous waiting for my order! However, Michelle who responded from the customer service email was always quick to respond and extremely helpful. I don’t think I ever got through via phone though and the delivery company they use weren’t particularly helpful. On day of delivery after they left I noticed a problem with our order, I emailed Michelle and she got back to my straight away and rectified the problem. Love our new sofa and happy with the service received throughout.

After a problem with measurements and struggling to find a sofa that would fit through our front door, Hareema helped us to find the perfect sofa and answered any questions we had. She was very patient with us whilst we were looking for what we wanted. The customer service was amazing, extremely happy with our sofa.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Sally at NCF regarding an issue with my new Athena Ottoman bed. The bed is beautiful, I was really impressed with the quality. I encountered a very small issue after the bed was delivered, however Sally replied to my email the same day and the issue is now sorted. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here again, I have recommended this company to numerous people already.

I changed my order due to stock issues. It was frustrating but in all fairness, the way it was dealt with was very good. Sally called me when she said she would and the responses to my emails were answered in good time. Thankyou for sorting my order out!

Ysabelle at Bradford ncf sold me a three piece suite. She found just what I was looking for and made me feel right at home.

I am writing this review as I am really really pleased with this company. The customer service received in the store and afterwards has been great. My furniture was delivered within 10 days, one of the feet was damaged on delivery, the delivery team reported it straight away and I received a call from from a lovely lady called Sally whilst the delivery team was still there to apologise and resolve the issue. A new foot was sent out and it was received 2 days later, all sorted! I will definitely be buying my next lot of new furniture from here. Thankyou!

We purchased a sofa set from NCF in Bradford. Was assisted by Renny at the store, he was really polite and helped us to choose our sofas. Felt really comfortable shopping at this store, the staff really go out of their way for you. I’m really shocked the prices here are so much cheaper than other places and the quality is amazing. We had a phone call from NCF limited on Friday 29th Sept re our delivery. The call was from Becky who was very polite and patient with us. Becky was able to help us change our dates as we are moving and our date has been changed a few times. Great service so far!

Would definitely recommend NCF for beds. Ordered my Athena Ottoman bed from the Perry Barr branch and couldn't fault the staff in store they were very helpful, as was Michelle from customer services keeping us updated with our delivery. 5 star service all round.
