I ordered a pair of bikers boots for a Christmas present
After Christmas I was told they were the wrong size
I contacted Bikers Wirld by telephone and spoke to Veau
She organised return of the original boots and I received a replacement within days

Forgive me for forgetting the guys name that helped me out. Went in Saturday looking to kit myself with everything as a new rider. Despite being caught a bit short staffed, he took the time to walk me through all the bits gear, explaining differences in price points and what features I would be getting, and what would be most suitable for the type of riding that I expect to be doing.

Walked away with a full set of kit, having a great experience. Will for sure be back when I feel I want some more stuff.

Live a couple hours from Bikers World but was passing through and thought I'd see if they had a couple things I needed. Guy on the counter was more than helpful and sorted me out quickly with both the items I needed.

This place has been here for many years now. They have a great selection of top quality products from all the usual manufacturers. Really helpful staff and there's even a really good snack hut for your pitstop serving amazing breakfast sandwiches and other treats. This is the best motorcycle accessories shop in North Birmingham and maybe even the West Midlands.

Went to get some new gloves on a Sunday. Not only are they open on a Sunday but so is the snack bar outside in the car park.
Great selection of gloves to choose from, split into categories to make things easier with a huge price range.

Well worth a visit. Varied range to suit different budgets. The listed prices are a bit more than other online outlets but the staff are great with real world experience and a depth of knowledge. Highly recommended.

Buy the best and when it came to bike security they stocked, I left thinking I stand a better chance seeing my bike everytime I open the garage door. The pallet is the steps over the wall.
