After an unfortunate time at one of the sister branches I had arranged, after speaking with a few people to go to this branch in order to have the issue fixed. I arrived at 9 and by 9:02 the car was up on the ramp and in the air awaiting it's operation of sorts.
The "appointment" was for 9 and to be actually ready to accept the car and work on the car at that allotted time is typically unheard of nowadays, almost was a shock to me if I'm honest!
Usually with most garages you'll have to wait in a queue, then they'll move cars around then get yours in the shop, not with these guys in my experience, on point with timings.

Around 20 minutes went by and one of the chaps came in to advise me on what has to happen and what they had found, not leaving out any details. He then went away to do said things.
After a short while of another say 15 or so minutes he came back and asked me to come through to see the underside of the car as so I could clearly understand what he meant when describing a few things. After a brief talk about my vehicle and some slight jokes of which were welcomed, he said " I'll get this as best as I can if there does turn out to be any issues please do bring it back as soon as you can and we'll go over it again" It's perfect, much better than left by the sister store.

The entire experience I had at the Bagshot location is what I think SHOULD happen to every customer, not feeling belittled or overwhelmed with anything, a genuine connection. Every customer who entered the store came in with a smile and left with a bigger smile, the assistant manager was so welcoming to every customer, the other chaps ( apologies I didn't manage to get any names ) were all together great too, phone manner, laughing and joking with customers which of course will keep them coming back. If anything needs to worked on with my vehicle, they will be the ones I go to!

These guys were absolutely lovely today and went out of their way to help me (also with my mum & my baby in the car) when some of my warning lights started flashing unexpectedly on my drive for a day out! They were so helpful, had such an honest and no fuss approach and couldn’t have been nicer. They sorted the car issues for me quickly and were very generous to say that they wouldn’t take money this time from me but they’d love our business again in the future. Well here I am recommending them in a HUGE way and telling everyone I know how great they were. Thanks again!

I had a flat tire this morning, so I called the Bagshot branch to see if they could fit me in to get my tyre repaired. The process was easy and quick, Shaun and the guys were lovely, a great credit to the company. Thank you again for your help this morning.

Thought I had a slow puncture but it was the valve, which they checked.

Big screw in my tyre - called & they said come in soon which I did. Replaced it. From start to finish 1 hour. Not expensive. Great service & v pleasant people.

Occasionally you find a place where you get really excellent service and that is definitely true of Bagshot Tyres. I needed to get 4 new tyres changed, fitted and balanced for my car and the guys were able to do it really quickly and professionally, as well as being competitively priced too. The Mercedes F1 pit crew could probably learn a thing or two from these guys. Thanks very much.

Shaun was very good and transparent. Had a question about my brake pads and disc's and they were not jn a hurry to just out new. Great service! Recommended!
