Infinity Cycles | Specialized Durham

Purchased a bike here and received a great service. Listened to what I was looking for, not pushy and knowledgeable. After pointing me in the area of bikes that were suitable they left me to browse and said just shout if you need anything, I prefer it that way rather than a pushy salesperson. Chose the bike I wanted on the morning and collected mid-afternoon after it had been built. Would I recommend? Most definitely yes, in fact a friend asked where I got my bike and he went to get one from Infinity Cycles also.

I’ve been with my dad and my mate to collect new bikes.. I’ve used them for repairs and on every occasion they’ve went above and beyond! By far the friendliest and most professional bike shop and repair centre! I couldn’t get my tubeless tire to seat went in they put all the effort in rectified the issue and didn’t charge!! Unreal bike shop and I’ll only ever use them!

Fast, no-nonsense service and I got what a asked for!
Because I live in Durham, it's hilly.
I carry a bit of weight on my touring bike so I asked the folks at Infinity to make my cycling feel easier on the hills.
They put a new set of cogs on the back and honestly, I put little effort into the hills even with a heavy load. Brilliant! Thank you so much.

Dropped in to the repair shop one evening as my partners rear hub had broken down,( bike purchased else where) , Friendly, knowledgeable and Mega quick turn around. Will continue to use for all of our servicing, repairs and work now!

I can't recommend the guys at Infinity enough. They saved my bacon Ard Rock this year, swapping out the wiring harness on my Specialized Levo. On the spot under warranty! Absolute heroes! Saved my weekend. If you live anywhere near Durham don't look any further.

Brilliant service from the boys at Infinity Cycles. Special shout out for Spencer who found a crack in my carbon rim. It was on the brink of catastrophic failure which would likely have involved a face plant. Crack detected, wheel replaced on lifetime warranty. Great work. Many thanks indeed!

Upgrades and options to change the bike to suit my needs have been great too, lots of options.

Servicing is efficient, friendly and you are kept well informed with useful texts.
Bit of a wait to get booked in,But that indicates how popular they are!

During lockdown, they made click and collect service even better! As I am living locally a team member dropped off shorts for me when passing.

Highly recommend you visit these guys in person and don’t just buy online!

Recently bought an electric mountain bike. Dealt with Andrew, Tom and James. Would like to say they gave a first class service, they were very professional and incredibly helpful. P.S the bike is class!

I never knew I needed a bike fit until had a bike fit! - after riding for 10+ years with my saddle way too high thinking 'I knew best' - It is now clear, I do not. Getting the bike fit with Tom is very professional experience from start to finish. It is clear he knows a lot about the art and is willing to talk you through all of the decisions you make together (as I was very interested). Tom creates a really relaxed atmosphere with no time pressure, It felt as if we had all the time in the world to get the setup right. I left with the reassurance that if things weren't right once I got on the road then It is always an option to come back and fix it. However, I do not need to as I now enjoy pain free cycling (and extra watts). Can't recommend this service enough especially with the completive price.

Absolutely amazing service, really friendly and helpful!
My dad gave me his old bike for uni and it was a complete mess and needed loads of work done. The guys talked me through what needed doing helped me get the parts I needed. I attempted to do it myself from there but when I got stuck they showed me how to fix it and tweaked what I had done wrong. All very nice people and extremely helpful!

Excellent shop, with helpful staff. Bike as been performing great after my service and has done tour of Scotland, with no faults whatsoever. Highly recommended this bike shop.

Picked bike up Friday top class service, big thank you to Tom for setting up the bike. Would recommend a bikefit to anyone investing in a new bike well worth the cash.

Big shout out to the lads in the workshop at Infinity Cycles. Called in today for a few bits and bobs, happened to mention i had a seized pedal and without any hassle they stopped what they were doing and helped me out. Absolutely first class service, really friendly lads that went out of there way to look after me and my bike. Will definitely be going back. Shop Local 👍

Only just found out about this place today. Had a right farce with another bike so opted to go with these guys! They are a top bunch of lads! Very helpful and know there stuff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a bike

I’ve used infinity cycles for several years, and the service has always been excellent. From doing a full service on my road bike to fitting solid tyres (which as the lads in the workshop mentioned, is pretty tricky) it’s always been first class.

Whilst there might be cheaper alternatives, personally I think the work the guys do is great value for money. I recently had some minor mechanical work needed and the guys were really accommodating. Additionally I’ve also popped into the shop and the guys were more than happy to do some price matching. Excellent all round service. Highly recommended.

I bought a bike on Saturday 29th April from Infinity and I found the service to be absolutely brilliant. Tom was very thorough and professional. It’s a brilliant shop that cycling enthusiasts could spend hours in! Keep up the good work

I can't believe how helpful and patient these guys have been with me as I purchased my first bike for 30 years! They literally couldn't have done more to ensure I was familiar with the bike, even demonstrating a puncture repair and fitting a bag and bottle holder! So happy :)

Ordered my bike yesterday said on the website it would be ready within or up to 6 days……
Was built and ready to roll in less than 24hrs. Unreal service from these guys had takeaways take longer 😂
Called in the morning as I was worried I ordered the wrong size so the lads got sorted me out with the s4 got an email saying I could collect on the night fully set up ready to shred great service great atmosphere in store would recommend to anyone no complaints 😎
