The chicken bucket was really rasty, but the zinger burger was not at all crunchy and very dry. Overall, it's a good food.

very clean and friendly KFC. there was quite a wait but there was only one woman on the counter who also had the responsibility of table service and taking out the drive thru orders where people are parked up. nice large tables with plenty of available seating. the chips are doused in chicken salt which provide a great change. would recommend.

Used the drive-thru. Was served by Yash, what an absolute delight. He was friendly and warm. When paying for the food at the window Yash took payment with a huge smile on his face. I was astonished to hear this was just first time in drive-thru! What an exceptional member of staff. And to top it off the food was delicious. Well done KFC for employing such a good member of staff and producing exceptional food 😍

KFC TONIGHT, was on mission to impress. Not just servered hot but fresh, chip were hot and tasted nice. While new design inside the restaurant. However only criticism I could make was the air con made the place to cold when eating inside

Food always served hot & great quality but customer service was exceptional. Server was very friendly & offered a choice of specials of the day. Wish I could remember her name but she's done KFC proud. Well done

Actually managed to get my order right this time...Last time in a DIFFERENT KFC they forgot my large Gravy & the time before in a DIFFERENT KFC they HAD NO GRAVY!!!...So a 5* for this one with quick service & only 1 girl on the Till!...Well Done...I had the £2.99 Meal which had Small popcorn & a BBQ Wrap which I'd not had before & it was VERY Tasty!....I'd have another one next time! X

Got to say this KFC is one of the best if not the best in Northeast, fast polite service, food was piping hot, delicious and all as ordered, on top of this i was also given a bag containing hand wipes, and tissues, something i have not had for a long time from the other KFC'S in the area without asking for a long time😁

Donna is the best. Exellent customer service on till and table and exellent communication skills and abilty to adapt to quick cleaning regulations. Very well mannerd and is a very happy woman made my day talking to her it was the best kfc service I have ever had because of donna hope she goes far in the company and she would make an amazing manager from Chris and Tiffany.

Lovely food, great friendly staff. Could do with tables being cleaned faster or customers to stop being lazy and throw they rubbish away. Other than that, recommended.

Well we always call at the KFC at Belmont. Service was very quick, the young girl on the till was very pleasant and polite. The food came out very hot and tasty, love KFC

I haven't been to KFC for a while but loved the new type of fries. More like proper chips than fries. Staff were very helpful too.

We placed a huge order and the server was very accommodating. We took the food home and it was still hot. Chicken was delicious.

Amazing food, I loved the rice boxes and burgers. Communication was sometimes hard as there was a slight language barrier with the staff, but overall one of the best restaurants in the North East for fast food.

Good installations, the food as almost all the KFC places is really good.

It used to be really concurrent but the attention is really good and fast.

Helpful & friendly. Spaces marked out on floor where to stand, santisisers entrance area. Condiments in separate paper bag. All "very safe".

Very prompt service, food is always fresh and hot. Always popping in for a bargain bucket or some popcorn chicken for the little one. :)
