We had been all over looking for our first car on the motability scheme and nearly give up until the wife found Fred Henderson. Alan Reed the guy who help us was brilliand let us loom around & inside the car had a bit play with the raidio and handsfree kit (Was fun lol) so we chose the Tivoli. My family and myself would ilke to say a huge thank you to Alan and the rest of the team at Fred Henderson and would highly recommend.

Brilliant service by Alan. I viewed a range of cars, test drove 2 and bought one. Nothing was too much trouble. Alan took time to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. Collecting my new car was hassle free and really easy. Excellent service, would recommend to anyone.

So pleased with my new car, it is in fantastic condition but even more pleased with the great service we received from Alan. Highly recommended garage and car sales. Excellent premises and very friendly staff. Have bought several vehicles from here, most recently in Apr 24. Incredibly friendly and professional. Felt very accommodated and reassured for buying my first car. The dealership is bigger than you'd think, considering how personable the staff are, but it feels like a very family-orientated business with a fantastic local reputation.

Outstanding service from Fred Henderson. I had to recover a car prior to MIT and service. Additionally, I wanted to sell the car if possible. Fred Hendersons service was at a very full capacity but Julie managed to find me a slot. She knows her cars and was completely honest at all stages telling me what the next steps were, with the opportunity to stop at jet stages if the car was going back to standing. Meticulous and clear at all stages. Then - next great step, Alan Reed contacted me with a view to buying the car. Every stage was made easy and understandable. This firm recovered our vehicle when we had a coolant leak. They wasted no time getting us sorted. Fred's son was advising Britannia Rescue on what was realistically achievable at 4pm on a Sunday, so far from home. Fred himself drove us back to Gloucestershire with our car towed behind us. A 6 hour journey for us with rest breaks. Other firms would have handed us over to another conveyor at 100 miles, making the journey so much longerv and more inconvenient. But Fred took us the whole way. Our situation could have been so much worse if this firm had not been so helpful. Thank you.

Picture this, left without a car… working 60 hour weeks and the busses are on strike. Let down by two other dealerships.Feel like all hope is lost. I see a little Mini online; an upgraded from my last car (long time Mini lover) came to Fred Henderson’s and met a lovely bloke Alan ( well two.. Terry the best test drive co pilot ) Alan and his lads who did the quickest turn around on the history or car buying probably! Really went above and beyond to get me back on the road car is fantastic and the service from Alan was second to none (not all hero’s wear capes some wear Fred Henderson coats) proper nice bloke and can’t fault the garage l. Really appreciate it and so pleased I stumbled on this little hidden gem. Will recommend and see you when I’m due an upgrade!

Very enjoyable visit to this dealer, excellent personal service from friendly salesman who explained everything in detail and in language we could understand. There was an excellent selection of cars and happily one that fit our needs. The car we chose was expertly valeted when we picked it up and every thing was fully explained on how to operate it, top marks to the salesmen for his help and a good cup of coffee.

Cannot fault the service provided, they brought the car I was thinking of buying to my house as I was local but working from home at the time. The staff I dealt with was extremely friendly and everything went smoothly.

We bought our new car here. Just picked it up today. A Renault captur, fantastic service all in. Alan sorted all out on car, thank you, a really nice human, not meny about these days. There is no push sales here, just honest service. You can trust there word here. And thank you to Julie and garage team on sorting new tyres and service on our new car. Exceptional service from Chris at Fred Henderson. We broke down with two grandkids and a disabled lady in the car.

They were dispatched within 15 minutes via policy expert insurance and all involved could not be better.

Bought a Ssangyong from Fred Hendersons. We had a couple of issues but I have to hand it to the garage they have gone beyond our expectations to put it right. Very happy with car. I can't praise the lads in garage the sales or office staff enough & I always got a lovely cup of tea when I went in. Thanks all. My son bought a secondhand MG3 car from here. The service was superb. Alan was extremely helpful and guided us through the process smoothly. The car is excellent and came with the standard 12 month MoT that Fred Henderson provide. All in all, it was a friendly, helpful experience thanks to Alan.
