Clean gym, friendly staff, lovely vibe. Have been coming here for my whole uni time and I really love it. I went to result fitness for one term but can back here despite it being a lot further from my home because I love it so much.

Good track. Great to run around the river next to it with great views of the cathedral. I've not used the fitness suite yet, but I did years ago when I worked at the university and before it was extended.

After joining the gym in October 2022 its now a place I look forward to going to 6 days a week, the place is clean, has modern equipment and a positive social atmosphere.

The staff all have knowledge in different areas of fitness and are always happy to give advice or just have a chat.

The gym does have very busy periods but it's manageable and most people are happy to work in.

The staff run a variation of classes from boxersize to pilates which are fun and are as challenging as you make them.

Cafe is fairly priced with a great range of hot and cold food and drinks including protien shakes, protien bars and cafe nero coffee.

Showers are always clean, have consistent hot water and have good water pressure.

There is a renewed 400m-running track with two long jump sand pits and two shot put stations. The gym on the entrance floor is great, but you only get access if you're a member of a sport club. Next to the changing rooms are even two ice machines with three bath tops. It is a great place to train and recover. The actual small fitness suite is on the second floor.
