Bought on-line, had an email when ready to collect. Dedicated on-line collection point, so very little wait. I miss the catalogue, I know that getting rid of them was a green move and also saves the company money. However, I miss picking one up and browsing it with my wife at home, not the same feeling lookng at the website no chance of an accident discovery.

We had a problem with a smartwatch, the strap had worn within a few months and started coming apart, but Courtney made the process of sorting the problem very easy and gave us a new watch. Thank you for making the experience so easy to deal with Courtney, great customer service!

Great store - Just saw lium in this store. Offered some very good advice, clearly knows his stuff when it comes to tvs, and nice to know all their advice is reliable because they're on a non commission based service. Explained an amazing care plan which I'd recommend everyone to look at, much better than all the others I've seen this week as covers accidental damage. Great stuff.
