Wonderful stay. Delightful and caring hosts. Beautiful building. Able to control the heating which is always a bonus. Beautiful rooms. Gorgeous fresh cooked breakfast to order. Lovely coffee and array of beverages available in the bar/lounge. Nice and quiet off the road with views as far as the eye can see.

Went to visit again for our annual Craft Club, made most welcome as always.
Lovely surroundings and people in charge are helpful and friendly. You only have to ask, we have Tea, Coffee, and fresh homemade scones. Which are a delight to eat.
Will forward again to visiting. Thank you for your hospitality, well recommend to everyone visiting or staying in the hotel.

Beautiful historic property in a great location for Mid Wales & South Shropshire. Incredibly friendly hosts. Great breakfast - we we were walking long distances so needed fuelling up. Many thanks & we would love to come & visit again.

Please try this beautiful located place for lunch afternoon tea or even a stay over on your journey to somewhere else. In the process of rooms being renovated by wonderful host Ken & his team. Sunday lunch was delicious and hospitality second to none. When eventually fully renovated this place will be stunning.

Dolforwyn Hall is a highly charming inn in a beautiful locale. Ken, who runs the inn, is very friendly and accommodating. He fulfilled every request we had (such as providing a cable so we could hook up our laptop to the TV), quickly and efficiently. I would also recommend the afternoon tea.

Ken & Sarah made me feel so welcomed and felt like home within a minute of arrival. I throughly enjoyed my room, very clean throughout the country hall. The food was amazing and time waiting for food was minimal. Perfect location nice and quiet at night so you can get a fantastic night sleep, not forgetting the very comfortable beds. Ken & Sarah definitely put there customer service to outstanding use by putting customers first throughout your whole visit. I can’t wait to see you both again soon and book another visit! I throughly recommend this beautiful place to everyone and anyone!

Stayed at Hall for two nights to attend nearby wedding.What a place,steeped in History and atmospheric in many ways.

Very good as soon as I walked to reception I was made very welcome and I felt like I was a supper star. As the gentleman even carried my cases up stairs for me and made shure the was OK for me and I love it so perfect

The Dolforwyn Hall hotel is run by a really great host & hostess. They make you feel part of the family, with the added bonus of the chef who can make any meal seem special. Ken & Sarah can’t do enough to make your break feel very special, my wife was celebrating her 60th birthday, had the best four nights in the tapestry room really comfortable, felt like we were very special. Thanks for all your efforts made our break the best for a long time, hope to return in the near future to see you both & how you are progressing with all your plans. Keep up the good work.

Nice b+b set on a hillside overlooking the welsh countryside. Nice welcome on arrival. As we were too late for food our host. Rang the local village pub for us and got us booked in for evening meal there(5 mins walk away). B+B was clean and well maintained. 11 rooms i think all different as you would expect. Bar for drinks and restaurant area. Next morning the breakfast was great. All in all a lovely place to stay. 10/10.👍

Lovely warm welcome - my case was taken up to room for me. Plenty of tea coffee sachets. Lovely and warm on a rainy winter night. The evening dinner was excellent and plenty of it beautifully cooked by the host. Lovely breakfast - I chose poached eggs - perfect - loads of toast and proper butter! Can't fault my stay. Will return. Highly recommended. The gardens looked lovely by the way!

Stayed for a couple of nights to explore the local area. Ken gave us the warmest of welcomes and remained incredibly friendly, accommodating and generous throughout our stay. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds which the kids loved exploring. We will definitely be back to see the changes Ken and Sarah are keen to make to the property and grounds.

Fantastic location. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable and a fantastic breakfast. The owners have only been there a week but are very welcoming we intend to back in six months to see how it's going. If you get the chance and want a quite break go to Dolforwyn Hall.

So far only checked out website this hotel looks very welcoming and it would be definitely be one for our team to check out its on our list to stay.

I was given an extra blanket and pillow on request. Plus, how many places include breakfast in the (very reasonable) price these days? Good breakfast too!
