I’ve been getting my prescription filled from here for years now, as well as my parents. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Whenever we’ve had a prescription problem, the extremely helpful pharmacists get it sorted for you as quickly as they can. They even brought my medication to me when I was self isolating with Covid.

I needed an urgent same-day covid test in order to travel at short notice. I was terribly stressed as the online test booking was not easy to navigate in a hurry and it said there were no appointments available for another week. I called into Boots Cardiff Queens St branch and Kate from the Pharmacy was able to give us an appointment within half an hour, with
the results emailed through within 15 minutes. Kate was so kind and calming and she helped us with the online booking and payment system and it was such a relief to be able to get on our way knowing we had the required documents.

Much more extensively stocked than a typical boots. (You can see if they have something in stock on their website). Needs better signage indicating baby supplies are upstairs as of 2021.01.02.

Rang for advice and my questions were dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner. In these days of complaint culture I feel it important to also mention excellent service. Well done.

Came into the store today in my first couple days of ever being in Wales and was served at the perfume counter by SOFIE usually I dont leave reviews but her customer service was wonderful she helped suggest a perfume as I couldn't decide and even another woman that works there gave me some extra perfume testers and put it in a cute gift bag will definently recommend and I will definitely go back :)

Concidering the stress of the current Covid-19 crisis the pharmacy team still go above and beyond to do what they can for individual needs . They definitely deserve the recognition 👍👍

Pharmacy always treat you like an induvidual and explain medication in the ways you GP doesn't have the time to.

I was a dentist, and he did very precisely and diligently with my problem. I am extremely pleased with dentist Stoyan and his assistant Iren.

I often go into Boots for all sorts. It is one place I go to if I cannot find eg soap or other.

Had my flu vaccination here. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Being disabled and was on crutches , had wonderful support off staff and especially a security guard.

Friendly staff that put me at ease when I had my pneumonia jab and I would return again in the future to them should I need anything else.
