Tafarn Penllan (White Horse Inn)

Enjoyed a great post hike meal here. Excellent quality beef burger and chips with fresh salad. It was a really tasty burger and the staff were excellent. Fairly priced too.

Went in for a drink as we stayed nearby. Friendly staff, good prices, big car park and a pool table. Traditional menu, I can only recommend. It is nice to see small village pubs to be open and operate on high standards.

We stayed in the village and this was our go-to place - lovely staff, enormous meals and even a free pool table (hmm.. missing a couple of balls 😊)

Fantastic pub. We've been there on a Friday and Saturday. Incredibly friendly locals and staff. Highly recommended. If it's open, pop in.

Friendly & welcoming new hosts. Don't think they're completely settled in yet so it looked a bit sparse, but pumps were on & Guinness was good! Also only a few steps from our rented cottage...perfect. We didn't eat there..just drinks.

Newly renovated with new, friendly management. Rapidly becoming a favourite haunt! One minor criticism would be that the decor could be more homely... Nice spot for a pint and a chinwag though. Good pool table too!

Unfortunately I can't really rate but went, it was closed and due to re open soon. So good luck to them all. Has a pool table and car park 👍🏾
