Dave is an absolute legend. A couple of months ago my car needed a quick once over from a professional as I had to get to a wedding. The car had shown my some warning lights and I really needed to get it all checked before the massive drive ahead.

Dave was super knowledgeable and very reassuring. I wish I lived closer so he could be my regular mechanic.

I used R&G Autocare from a recommendation & very impressed. I needed my car fixed urgently & Dave was able to pick up my car the same day. He was very honest & wanted to do a few tests to be certain of the problem before doing any unnecessary work. Once the problem was identified he fixed it very quickly & at a reasonable price too. David and his team did a stellar job fixing my Range Rover L322 when other garages turned me away from doing the work. I needed my front control arms changed as they were corroded and perished, and both track rod ends completely cut out and replaced (two other garages literally couldn’t do it). He then drove the car to a garage to get it aligned and tracked to save me another journey doing it myself.

A few months later I had some other work that needed doing quite desperately. Despite being very busy at the garage David squeezed me in and started working through quite a large list I made of complaints with the car. He fixed a leak on my sunroof, fitted a new belt and tensioner, and sourced a new battery for the car. David’s very patient and certainly knows his stuff inside and out. I was satisfied with the end result and would recommend him to anyone else looking for specialist work or even the small jobs that need looking at weather that is a Range Rover or any other car.

After having issues with various other garages, I am so relieved to have finally found somewhere reliable to take my car! I got my car in with R&G autocare within 20 minutes of my clutch going this Friday and they were so quick to diagnose the problem. Being someone that really doesn't know a lot about cars, I really liked the way that everything was explained to me with what was going on with the car, and what it is i'd be paying for. My little fiat is running like a dream. I won't be taking my car anywhere else. Absolutely excellent service!

I used R&G Autocare following a recommendation from the Discovery Owners Group on Facebook.  I couldn't be happier with the service I received.  I took my D3 in to have a new cambelt and oil pump fitted.  After a full inspection it turned out that my turbo was also faulty with oil in both the turbo unit and intercooler.  Dave replaced the unit and it's running so much better now.  Both Dave and Don are extremely knowledgeable with Land Rovers and were happy to spend the time discussing all things land rover and they even programmed my head lights as I haven't yet managed to get my own iiD Tool.  If you need anything fixing or just a service for your Discovery 3 or 4, these are the guys to go to!  Both friendly and professional. 5 stars from me!!  Thanks R&G.
