Good shop but could do with more staff at checkout

Excellent clean store. I called in to get an advertised offer and a really nice man helped me locate it. One item had run out but he offered an alternative. Very impressed well looked after. I will be returning. Great customer service

I always manage to find what I'm looking for in the co-op despite it not being a big store. The reduced items are properly reduced rather than the odd 20p like other supermarkets. The staff have always been friendly and helpful when I've needed it. I'm a very happy co-op shopper!

Its very well set up for customers to keep 2 metres apart and clear signs on the floor so we go around the shop the right way . Staff are always very helpful and always ask if I am having a good day

When I was addicted to caffeine, I would often come in here to purchase caffeinated beverages such as Monster Ultra and Monster Ultra Red. They once had Monster Ultra Blue which was quite enjoyable. Anyway, they also have a great selection of cheems and the Doritos are sometimes £1. The old folks who work on the tills are hot.

Served by raymond, and absolute pleasure, took me back decades with his personal service, chatty and cheerful, what an asset this chap is, left the store smiling, a very rare experiance in this day and age, keep up the good work, nice store too, bright and lovely and cool on a very hot day!

Co-op store is very pleasant to shop. Well equipped with most products in your everyday cupboard. Very conveniently situated in the centre of high street in Lancing. There are 2 Disable Bays in front of store and a few for shoppers. Opposite there is a carpark. Not sure whether it is a pay and display as I don't have a need for it whenever I shopped.
it was a quick dash to buy De-Icer due to the cold weather. Surprised that Co-Op has the products in stock. Bought 10 large cans each costing £2.00 . Also bought Ice Clear 750G to prevent slippery front door steps which cost £2.50. There are loads of fantastic bargains in store if you can spend the time to browse inside the cleaniness of the store. In this cold weather warm soup is the best bargain which Co-Op has 3 for 2 costing £1 per can.😃 The service at the checkout is very efficient with friendly acknowledgement. Must admit I need to shop more at Co-Op if their prices are the same compare to Tesco and Sainsbury. More convenient to shop locally.🥂

I helped an elderly gentleman who was honest and said he had 2 bottles of wine when the self checkout said to pay for 1.I was thanked by Darren for my help

Great refurb. and good selection of food. As always, excellent quality of British produced meat and veg.

Prices are fair, selection is good, there are a few nice bundle deals, and staff are friendly and helpful
