Very good service, although I was in a long queue, I chose to have a phone call back.This came within the hour, details taken and a promise of the duty doctor getting in touch asap. Again a very quick response and a face to face appointment that morning. All sorted from start to finish in 2 hrs. Yes it's a faff having to do this but better than sitting in a crowded waiting room.

Pleased to be able to describe symptoms online first of all. Got a phone call within half an hour and a same day appointment. Saw a nurse practitioner who gave me a thorough check and some kind reassurance. Don't know her name (Goring practice). Thanks for the prompt attention.

Dr Garcia and the team have been amazing. Dr Garcia was very gentle and understood my issue and gave me all the help she could. I was seen in ultrasound the same week.

Can’t praise the doctors enough at the surgery . I have had no issues when I have needed an appointment quite quickly . They reserve a suitable amount of time for their appointments so you do not feel rushed and their follow up post appointment ( where required ) has been excellent . I joined the surgery 4 years ago and feel very happy with the services provided

I requested a same day appointment for my son and it was booked very quickly. The nurse practicioner was very professional and helped us in all we needed. I'm very please with the Phoenix Surgery. They have always been very polite and helpful.

Amazing Response to my Constipation since 23 Jan
Doctor saw me within a few hours at my request on 30th Jan. Then, spent time discussing the best solution. Afterwards a physical examination and instant prescription on 30th Jan
That I collected within 30 minutes and as a result
My Constipation was calmly resolved, at 11.30am 31st Jan
And further relieved at 2pm 31Jan.

Can't thank you enough

A well organised reception desk very pleasant very polite can't do enough for you, I do wish that they would have an easier way of get a message to a doctor then the e consult and maybe have somebody on the reception desk, just for questions.
Like, can someone check with my file/ doctor/ operation list, to see how much longer do I need to wait for my operation on my left knee.

Dr Bradley was running late when I saw him, but very understandable, considering how thorough he was, investigating alll possibilities, explaining his methods, diagnosis and treatment. I don't mind waiting to receive service line this. I can't remember the last time I had such a good appointment at a GP surgery.

Prompt call on the Friday before Xmas and the antibiotics were definitely needed as I had developed a chest infection, got me through the 5 days, many thanks Doctor. Still struggling with the cough but definitely improving

I was very impressed by the very kind and helpful young lady on reception today at 11.45. She was busy and we had to wait but you didn't mind because she was doing her best for everyone calmly , well done.

My asthma review over text messaging is a great innovative way of dealing with a patient whose asthma is under control. Have full confidence that should my review require further follow up that I would have been invited to see the nurse. Great experience.

I arrived on time for a blood test, I was seen straight away, person taking the blood was friendly, welcoming, had a sense of humour and was profesional. The Surgery had a happy feel about it, I could hear a member of staff singing at one point. I thought that was a good sign. Thank you for looking after my health. Regards Sean W

Whilst I had to wait a while for my appointment because I needed to see a skin specialist, the actual appointment was excellent. Only waited a couple of minutes before being called in. Doctor was very friendly and put my mind at rest. Very impressed.

Lucky, had parking space for disabled but very few patients but car park still full at Durrington!
The nurse did an excellent job trying to to find what tests were required for bloods as the form was not clear, this saved me coming back . Thank you.
