Experienced, polite and hard worker staff. Good prices. I recommend it!

Had to get new tires for my daughter's car. Turned up without an appointment and was pleasantly surprised that I was dealt with immediately. The staff were friendly and helpful and within an hour my daughter was back on the road.

Had a faulty valve. Took the wheel in Sunday morning and said he’d call back in a couple of hours once done.

Tried to call for 30 minutes to no avail and gave up and went to the site.

On arrival he saw me coming, went and got the tyre so it was ready as we walked in, apologised for the phones not working then refused to take payment.

Very impressed.

Great service by the team, especially Jason. The leak in the tyre couldn't be locate despite various investigations. However a new tyre has sorted it. Many thanks.

Quick service and polite staff. I called up on Saturday as I had a puncher, I was told that I can pop in anytime during the day to have the puncher repaired.
I came in around 12, I showed them my tyre. The gentleman explained to me that they can't repair it.
They gave me a quote on a new tyre plus fot for £75.

They called me at 13.00 on Sunday to let me know that the tyre was ready, I was down at 14.50 and they fitted the tyre straight away.

I am very happy woth the service I received and I will definitely go back for future jobs.

Simon is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. The team at Kwik-fit Worthing have done a great job a few times for me now, and are one of the only tyre garages I trust locally. That’s a big thing, because I’ve had some terrible experiences at other Kwik-fit branches before - so thanks to Simon at Worthing for changing that experience!

I hit a pot hole at. 12:05 Saturday afternoon. My neighbour was quick to tell me it was going to be difficult to get it repaired as most place's close at 12:00 on a Saturday and don't open again until Monday.

I did a quick Google search and yes there were just 2 shops open, one of them being Kwick Fit, but both had no availability. Although Kwick fit advised me I could come down and queue on Sunday From 10:00.

Reluctantly I agreed to do this. Looking at my tyre again I decided I was going to have to take it off or I would ruin the rim driving down to the Worthing Branch.

Fingers crossed I rang up and asked if I could drop the tyre off for collection the following day. To which the friendly guy who answered the phone said "Actually as I had removed the tyre already that would be able to squeeze me in that Saturday afternoon". I dropped the tyre down and 15 minutes later it was sorted. Thank you all at Worthing Kwick Fit.

I would totally recommend Kwik Fit Worthing. The manager Simon was amazing and both him and his team went above and beyond to help me out. Always Great customer service here!

Simon and the team could not have helped me more. They really listened to my situation and went above and beyond to get me on the road as soon as possible to which they did within 15 minutes! It is the only place I’ve ever been to to fix my car that I have felt completely that the engineer is on my side and is not taking advantage of the fact that I am a young women who doesn’t know a lot about cars. Excellent service it was really raining hard and they brought out car to the entrance of the customer waiting room. And really polite.
