Very impressed! My car had a fail but after explaining I needed to car for work and living slightly out of the area the staff were very accommodating and managed to fix the problem quickly so m.o.t was able to pass with advisories. Would certainly recommend this garage

First time I have used Halfords for an MOT. Service was fantastic, no pressure sales for a advisory I needed.
I decided to book in to have my brakes pads and discs supplied and fitted as per advisory. Again the team were friendly, efficient and Completed the job in a good timely manner.
Will definitely be returning again.

Excellent quick service. Technician checked that the alternator was working and that it was definitely a problem with the battery. Replacement Battery fitted quickly and cost mr less than the last one i bought! I have also previously had my vehicles serviced at very reasonable prices.

From a dodgy start with Halfords several years ago, my wife insisted I try them again. So for the last 4 years they've got better.
My recent dealings was over and above excellent. Ricky took my call after several rings, so they must have been very busy. He booked me in for one new tyre and an MOT. I dropped my car off the night before so they had all day to complete the work. It wasn't till 5pm the next day that I realised I hadn't heard back. I was being dropped off to collect my car so hopefully all was OK. I called and again it seemed busy, Ricky once again answering. Saying he was about to call me, yes my car was ready....oh but hold on.....it needs something, ill ring you back!
Well it was too late I was on my way and 10 minutes later I'd arrived.
Yes, they were very busy, I only counted about 4 staff members and 3 were mechanics.
Tyre ✔ MOT ✔ no advisories. So all good.
They deserve a fair pay considering the work they're doing.
I would recommend them to all.

Ordered a couple of Pilot 3's for my car, paid for online. An hour later was rung to be told they had none in stock available. Great! I thought.... here we go, going to be charged double for different tyres. Nope, was offered replacements of a better spec for free. Fantastic, not expected!

My windscreen washer wasn't working and I had traced the issue back to a blockage in the bottle. I couldn't remove the bottle myself so needed a garage to do it. Halfords autocentre did as I asked (fixing the issue), without the need for an investigation fee. It was resolved without fuss, quickly (including time between my call and the repair). I will be considering them for future servicing and MOTs

The guys that work here are amazing! I drove in without an appointment worried about my engine coolant and they checked it over for me and topped it up free of charge. They were so lovely. Need more people like this in the world!

Today I had my car MOT done. Everything was very efficiently done from the moment of entering the building. Safety was effectively done and didn't have to wait to long. The staff are very helpful and polite. Well done to the team in broadwater.

I have been to Halfords auto Centre in Worthing Broadwater on several occasions. I have to say that they are very fair and honest.
They work to time and always call to.discuss any issues that they find. They can quote for the best of the best parts or budget to keep you rolling.

Had my MOT and a full service here - had some borderline issues that needed repairing soon and they rang me up beforehand explaining them thouroughly and their importance or if I could prioritise some that were more urgent. Set up a pat over 4 months which has really helped with the payments and ll repairs complete on same day during my service. No pushiness at all, excellent service.

I had been sent an email saying I needed new tyres, going on what they'd seen at my service last summer. When I got there, the chap tested my tyres with a device and said I didn't actually need any as I hadn't done many miles and they looked ok. Saved me a lot of money. Thank you.
