Beautiful clean beach. Parking is free until 10.00am if you fancy a morning walk and you also get free WiFi.

Beautiful views and well maintained sea front, several ice cream vans daily in the summer, water sports and food available at porth Eirias, a wonderful place to spend time.

Gorgeous Beach. Very quite , ideal parking right on the beach and ideal for families that do not like Busy places. My children had lots of fun. I'd recommend taking a picnic.

The walk along the front here is always peaceful , never too busy. It's currently undergoing a facelift so will be great when it's finished. One of my favourite places to take our daft dog for a walk

Hidden gem 💎 so much beach 🏖loads of room.but bring your own chairs! Not much around to hire so bring your own entertainment. plenty of parking. No campers overnight.

Lovely sandy beach very near to main street and easy to access. However it's not beautiful like Talacre or some other popular North Wales beaches but it's a good one to spend time with family and friends.

Really lovely place for a day out (weather permitting) . Ice cream vans are dotted along the promenade but not much of anything else. The parking isn't too expensive but spaces fill up quickly and are limited. The beach is great and the water is clean enough too swim in but a tad chilly.

Love walking along the front in whatever weather comes along. Some kiosks scattered along it and some shops at the Rhos-on-Sea end. It'll be even better once they've completed all the works going on.

get there early because in the good weather it soon gets busy, probably the best beach in Britain.

It was a lovely day the beach was amazing .we had a lovely walk along the prom which is so clean and well kept. There are plenty of lovely cafes and kiosks along the way offering excellent food and refreshments. There are also plenty of public conveniences along the way, which are very well maintained. Overall it is a fantastic place to visit.

Absolutely beautiful Bay was lovey and peaceful. Beautiful sand and water was lovely and calm for kayaking.

Simply the best thing about Colwyn Bay. The redevelopment has given us a wonderful promenade, well served with a variety of cafes, level walking that encourages you to go the extra mile. Well lit for evening walks but at it's best during the day when the beautiful views can be enjoyed.

It is an amazing beach, with a long stretch of sand with great views . There is a lovely prom to walk along or cycle along the designated bike path. Be wary though as in all beach resorts in the UK after heavy rain or storm that if the bl**dy local water company have let the sewage overflow out to sea!!! Its a real shame that the government allow local water companies to put shareholder dividends and their own interests before the health of bathers, swimmers and surfers. Don't swallow the sea! But this is one of the better beaches in the area with plenty of local council investment to the prom and flood defences . A nice place to sit with a coffee or a picnic while the kids play in the sand. Plenty of parking right on the front overlooking the sea. There is still some sea defences work going on down the far end with traffic diversions.
