The range of products is such that I didn’t want to continue looking elsewhere and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire shopping, delivery and fitting process because Global was so supportive. We recently undertook a major refurbishment of our old stone Welsh farmhouse. A major part of this was to convert one of the double bedrooms at the back of the house into a large family bathroom. This posed quite a few challenges regarding plumbing the entire room for bath, sink, toilet and shower and tiling the entire room from floor to ceiling
Michael and his amazing team undertook the project from start to finish - They literally did every aspect from design to installation.
What was once an unused dark redundant old bedroom has become the brightest, warmest most comfortable room in the house - We absolutely LOVE what Global have done. They worked so hard with a huge team of experts to get the job done well, on time and most importantly, precisely on budget. With regular visits from Michael sometimes twice per week to check things were going according to plan. When we faced obstacles with working on such an old building, Michael always came through with solutions. The work is excellent and we can not recommend Global highly enough. If you are looking for a project with all aspects to be covered from underfloor heating, to shower trays, to tiling (the lot) then go with Global. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and also the after care - They have been simply excellent. We plan a further extension to our home in the coming years which will have two new bathrooms - These will of course be done by Global. We will not hesitate to use them again. We could not have asked for a more person centred approach from Global Design Studio Ltd from the planning to the installation. Needing a wet room facility for wheelchair access initially proved tricky in such a small space. However, with thought and consideration of our physical needs, a design was created.
Installation was smooth, consistent with one installer. Everyone should have a 'Pete' in their lives !! It has met all our needs and given us safety and independence.

We recently had a new kitchen and flooring throughout the ground floor installed. The work was carried out very efficiently even when problems arose and were rectified immediately.
From taking the kitchen out and installing the new one the job was done very efficiently and we were extremely pleased with the workmanship, and would highly recommend global design. We would like to thank all the team and especially Abbie and Paul for following the work from start to finish.

Excellent work throughout. Michael visited initially and talked through the various possibilities for designing a new bathroom. He then followed through with plans and a date was fixed for starting the work. Ray always arrived on time, sometimes accompanied by others and all worked to a high standard and were very tidy. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard and was kept within the budget agreed. What I like with Global Tiles/ The Design Studio is that the price quoted includes everything . This is not the case with some other local companies so I would totally recommend Global Tiles/ The Design Studio for a professional job from start to finish.

Great showroom and personal service from all the team. We went in looking for the special effect, something different tile for our kitchen and we were not disappointed. Michael took the time with us and no pressure sales at any time. Highly recommended. Will be returning soon for the bathroom tiles.

Very friendly staff with some stunning bathrooms, kitchens. It may not be within everyone's budget though as it's at the higher end of the market.
