We parked in a residential street just a short walk away from the bay. Plenty of parking space around if you dont feel like or can't walk from down at the beach. Other than some steps access to the cove is relatively flat. Lovely seeing the seals and there was a helpful seal protection person who was showing pictures she had taken. Spent a few hours just watching them come and go.

That is beautiful landscape with the view of sea and also mountainy hills covered with bushes and trees. It has a footpaths which you can enjoy. The bay that seals can be found is breathtaking. You can go down to the bay if you want but be careful not slip on stones close to the shore. I could see some seals on the stones in the water and some swimming around. I couldn't find a parking as I am not local to the area but trusted Google map and parked in a residential area which had a path to the location

Whilst we were visiting Wales we were looking for things to do , we stumbled across this on the maps . A short drive from where we are staying . There is free street parking and a short walk to see the seals ..yes seals . It is a trail so be prepared for your footwear to get mucky

Come here to see the seals, best time of year is September to December. Check tide times as you see more of them when the tide is further out and they're all lying on the rocky beach. Be aware it is high up and there are no safety rails or fencing so be careful with young children and overactive dogs. Signs say dogs should be kept on leads.

The breathtaking view and a good tracking place. You can do hikes to the higher hills around the bay. There are a lot of seals as well. I indeed enjoyed my visit there. Such a beautiful place with open air and sea.

Incredible views!! Able to see plenty of seals down in the cove and even saw the military aircraft doing some fly overs!

Fantastic places to come and take the kids.
See the seals on the beach and swimming in the sea. Parking is on the street and a few steps to get up to view them.
If you like a hike there are a few routes to get to the top of the cliffs. Tricky in some places but some truly amazing views if you get to the top.
This has to be one of my favourite places to visit and I highly recommend anyone to go. If the weather isnt good I'd probably recommend some good footwear.

Beautiful view and bonus you get to see the seals from a safe distance. We found parking on Penryhyn beach, it’s a short walk to the edge of the bay.

Great place for families to have a nice relaxed walk. You can take a very easy walk and sit to watch the seals frolic in the bay, or choose to walk up to the summit of the Little Orme for amazing views along the coast across Llandudno, Llandrillo-Yn-Rhos and over to the Eryri mountains.

Beautiful views from the cliff. You can spot the seals chilling in the bay below. Some are swimming other are relaxing on their beach. It seems that the seals are here all year round.

You have to stay on the cliff to spot the seals. You are not allowed to walk down as you will disturb them. Find yourself a place to sit a just enjoy the view.

Beautiful scenery so secluded and peaceful just a shame we missed the seals this time, was lovely to see wildlife in its habitat last time we were there in January

Angel Bay is home to a colony of seals and their pups from September (or thereabouts) till March. There are signs along the headland requesting visitors not to descend to the beach throughout this period...the viewpoints on the headland offer fantastic vantage points instead.
Just returned from a very hot Summer's day/evening walk. The sea mist had begun to cloak the Litle Orme and was falling gently down towards the old quarry green. The cooler air was very welcome and made for a refreshing walk. The tide was high on the beach and only one seal was swimming around in the bay...gawking at folk sitting on the rocks, I guess!
Today, 5th March, 2024, enjoyed a lovely, walk through the Quarry to Angel Bay. It was wonderful to sit at the top of the cliff, looking down on so many seals, who were also basking in the Spring Sunshine.

Lovely place to see seals however as the land is privately owned (and to keep the seals safe, dog attacks often kill them from infections) dogs must be kept on leads per the signs. Do not go down to the beach when seals are present (they can be hard to spot so be careful) as disturbing them, especially in pupping and moulting seasons, can be deadly. There are lovely views of them from the cliffs without disturbing them, especially if you bring binoculars or a camera with a long lens.

The walk to the cliff top is easy and flat on the path, with about 10-15 steps, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible from the housing estate. Parking is plentiful, just don’t park in front of or opposite driveways.

An unique opportunity to see seals of Angel Bay in their natural habitat. All from distance to make sure not to disturb them! Great for families with children too ❤🦭! Perfect short stop when driving on a way back from Snowdonia 🙏🏻! Loved it very much!

Beautiful walk along the cost line with a special viewing point. During Autumn/winter months the bay gets full of seals. It's great to watch with children. Parking is not the best but it's free only a short walk along the lovely coast line.

Please don't go down on the bay the seals will attack.
