Dan and his team did an incredible job turning a half-bedroom into a beautiful en-suite shower room. Fantastic communication with regular photographs and updates. If they found an issue, Dan communicated quickly and clearly, and gave us choices about how to handle it, and totally transparent pricing information. The finished room is gorgeous, a really high quality finish - we will be using Diamond Services for everything we can!

Dan did an amazing job replacing a shattered shower panel in my walk-in shower. Despite the shower company sending the wrong panel initially and then half the parts for the second visit, Dan was able to fit in two additional visits in order that a photography deadline could be met. Friendly and accommodating, Dan went above and beyond in this job. Can’t thank or recommend him enough!

Excellent service provided by Dan from Diamond services Ltd. We needed to replace our electric shower. The service was excellent. Dan was highly punctual and conducted the task really efficiently. Was incredibly helpful in answering all our questions. Great value and would definitely recommend for all jobs small and large.

The leak in my home was not as straightforward as some yet Dan persevered until the leak was found and fixed. He works with a great team of guys who re-plastered the wall and rehung the kitchen unit after locating the leak to an excellent standard. I am very happy with the service provided. I have used Diamond Plumbing for years but this summer we tackled our biggest project: the rip out, extension and refurb of a top floor bathroom to an exacting standard. The work was done on time and budget, mess was contained, problems were solved on the fly and I am delighted with the finish. Dan, Ashley and Conor are great people to deal with and a quick call out for Will, newest member of the team, whose design ideas we incorporated and was the clear favourite of our family dog.

They came and quoted for a new heating system which was put in when planned. Came to our aid when our toilet sprung a leak during a weekend.
If it wasn't for their knowledge we wouldn't have gone to @foundrycastiron who provided us with the amazing radiators.

Would thoroughly recommend this company, had an issue with a leak coming from the back of the toilet, contacted Diamond, I received a very prompt response and they were out within 5 days to fix (during December too). Lots of walls that needed plaster boarding. These were done to a high standard ready for the plasterer by lovely workers who always managed to sort any problems that may occur. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks Dan and Will.

We had our wc changed by Connor and Charlie. Great service, very efficient clean and tidy job. Both guys very friendly and amenable. Would definitely use again

Dan is Amazing!

Decided to update the bathroom with a new suite and contacted Dan to give me a quote which he promplty came round and gave me, which I accepted and booked him in.
Further works were required in the bathroom from other tradespeople, so I delayed Dan starting for a few weeks in order that the other works could be completed.
I then had numerous leaks due to old lead pipes, couldnt use the toilet and shower, which Dan, the Knight in Shining Armour, fixed without any delays. I can't thank him enough.
In additon to the leak, I had to have an old lead mains pipe replaced as well, and Dan arranged for someone to come round and 'Mole' the old pipies out and he replaced them with new, copper ones.
The service I received from Dan was exemplary, he is a star!
Sadly, some of the other trades people I had arranged to complete elements of the bathroom, were nothing like the standards I had come to enjoy with Dan and i had to remove them from the job. Superstar Dan to the rescue AGAIN! Dan took on all the work the 'other' tradespeople had messed up or not completed, immediately reducing my stress, and managed to squeeze me in to his hectic schedule. In additon to his fantastic standards of work, his communication skills are second to none and i am only sorry I can only give 5 starts, he's worthy of so many more.
The bathroom is now all finished and looks fantastic. Thanks so much Dan, I literally couldnt have done it without you.

Update 2022 The team moved the room our kitchen was in, made good on the old room and installed a new kitchen. Such a great experience first time through we had to have them back. Diamond are a top company and continue to be our go to. Lovely people, efficient, hard working and we look forward to our next project.

Dan and his team fitted my kitchen and radiators - they were trustworthy, reliable, good-humoured and did a great job. As a single mum, I felt entirely happy having them in the house and they were extremely patient with my dithering and lack of understanding of the processes involved in such a project. Had a great experience with these guys, would definitely recommend! We got our boiler serviced, and we forgot to give the engineer the manual to fill out but Ashley was quick to come and resolve the error at no extra fee! Friendly and knowledgeable 😊

Dan, Mike, Ashley and Connor did all the plumbing for our new kitchen, including removing old gas pipes to the hob and oven. They were courteous, timely problem solvers who exceeded our expectations and left us with an installation that works perfectly. We would highly recommend them and their firm.

From Dan's many and varied ideas to Mike's excellent work ethic coupled with Connors skilled pipework, extensive knowledge of Aga's and Ash's experience with the heating system, everything has been done to a very high standard and all bases covered. Always punctual and kept us informed with progress at all times, helpful even after hours, answering any queries. Would not hesitate to recommend, p.s. they like custard creams and the odd sausage roll never went a miss!
Most importantly they are honest and trustworthy, we had no hesitation in leaving them in our home while we were out.
