These guys are so knowledgeable. Taking my babies to see Alistair feels like going to my childhood GP - met by a kind face and welcoming demeanor in reception. Empathetic assessments and treatments. Very experienced and trustworthy staff all round actuu. The nurse that I have met who cared for my bunnies post surgery, was so kind and reassuring, answered all my questions and talked me through everything to watch for. The breeder I got my latest bunny from, recommended them as experts in the bunny field! It was a great recommendation! I will be moving the rest of my animal family over to the practice, I LOVE the personalised feel of it. Couldn't be happier.

Alistair and all staff at Adur Valley Vets treat our fur babies with such kindness and tenderness it’s like they are their own pets.
We would highly recommend them for reasons too numerous to list.

The reception and consultation areas are very welcoming and clean, plus everything is done in one location so there is no travelling between branches. It’s very convenient to get there and close enough for us to walk or there is ample parking.
No vet is ever going to be cheap, but I found the prices to be very reasonable and everything is explained clearly to you. There are occasions where they’ve tried to save us money by explaining alternative courses of treatment. They never try and sell us additional unnecessary medications, which I experienced at our previous vet.
We’re also members of the pet health club and our pets receive regular checkups injections and flea/worming medication. There are products and toys available to buy in reception along with honest advice. I was once told not to buy a particular food as it wouldn’t be the right thing so they lost the sale, but it shows they are very trustworthy.
Our pets are given a treat, and they all love the vets and nursing staff who treat them so gently and reassuringly while they are there. Very happy.

We were amazed at the professionalism given by Alastair and his team when our Great Dane was suddenly taken ill.
We would like to thank them for the support that was given and the compassionate way they dealt with our boys death.

They are a very caring vet's may be small but they have very big hearts and understanding. And are there for avice and to help if you need any further help you may need.

Honestly this place is the best! My old boy had to be put to sleep today and both receiptionist Amy who took initial call and the vet himself were amazing!!! At such a difficult time I was dealt with like family!! I cannot thank these guys enough!!! First time customer and lifetime customer !! I would never use anyone else now!!

The best local vets. Friendly staff that genuinely care about your pet. A great team of vets with none of the high staff turnover I have found in other vets, which speaks volumes.

Owner/Vet Alastair, and all the team, are very friendly and approachable. All patients and their owners are given excellent care and attention.
Alastair always takes on board what owners have to say then after a thorough examination of the patient explains fully his diagnosis and all treatment options available.
The premises are bright and airy and very welcoming, the reception staff friendly and helpful.
