Northdale Veterinary Practice

Well what can I say, the care that Northdale give is second to none! My two rabbits absolutely love them. I simply wouldn’t trust any other vets than Northdale too look after them!

I've never used this vet before until Monday
I had to take my mum's elderly cat to cross the rainbow bridge
The receptionist the vet I think his name was Jonathan
We're very empathetic professional and they didn't it was all done so and dignified I would certainly recommend

Friendly vets and receptionists. Very caring. We're amazing when I lost my previous dog and I received forget-me-nots to plant for her. Just a lovely thought. I've always been treated with respect here and would recommend then to anyone.

Great vets, kind caring and thoughtful. They've been with me through the ends of my babies lives and throughout their lives. They are always honest, empathetic and considerate. Highly recommend.

Nice visit yesterday with my cat . Vet was gentle and my cat was happy!

My dog was treated here. Very happy with the care and treatment provided. Follow up call received, treatment and costs explained. Very happy that my dog was well cared for and I was charged for necessary treatment only. (We have all been places where that is not always the case!) This practice do listen and work with you. My cat had his jabs, receptionist was lovely and cheery and the vet was also lovely answered all my questions really lovely

The vet was very caring and efficient. He gave us medication for the dog, & she is much better now. It's just a shame that vets charge so much, but you have no choice when your pet's ill.

I have always found everyone at Northdale vets friendly and welcoming. They clearly love animals and treat them like they would their own pets. They are always happy to talk about any concerns you may have about your pet either over they phone or in person.

Have a new puppy and was recommended by a friend, use both the lancing and worthing branch, both very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Suggested I joined the health care club, and have found it very good value as covered for flea, workers, nails and other consultations. Thank you Lucy

I've been using Northdale for many years and have found them to be competent, caring and not overly priced. Always friendly at both branches I've been to, Lancing and Worhting. I like their simple to use web page booking facility and can generaly get an appointment within a day or so. Also, if urgent, I've phoned and they always fit you in. All in all, a good veterinary practice.

I have used Northdale vets for many years. They are always very good and they are very caring. When I had to have my cat Minty put to sleep at 18 years old. They could see how upset I was and didn't ask for any payment when I left. They sent a condolence card I received the next day. They left it a month or so before sending me an invoice. I really appreciated this it gave me time to grieve. This was some years ago now and they have cared for several more of my Pets since then. I would highly recommend this practice.
