Absolutely brilliant gym, love that it's 24/7. Staff are friendly, skilled and full of encouragement and energy. Classes are varied, fun and challenging but also adapted to suit individuals abilities. Staff are always ready to help and offer advice if needed. Highly recommend Stevens crazily energetic combat class and kaz/Morgan's fabulous circuits/spin for feel good vibes and personal development. As someone who struggles with being so unfit this has been the perfect environment to begin a journey. Keep up the awesome job guys x

We came down from Caerphilly puregym because we missed Steve he's an amazing instructor we loved his combat class worth the 40 minute drive x

Good gym with decent equipment and friendly staff. but like every gym there is a few pretenders sitting on machines on their phones all the time and that 1 person that asks if you're finished when you're mid lift 🙄 leave your phones in the locker or car (unless its actually needed) and wait for someone to leave the equipment before asking if they are done 🤷 posting on socials that you are there for months and you look and feel no different atall should make you realise you're wasting time and money

Can't really complain, it's a normal gym, nothing special about it. Studio is really useful for things like boxing with your mates or whatever

Made a special journey from caerphilly puregym to attend my favourite class with Steve. Absolutely love combat class. Well worth the visit 😁

Morgans spinn class in a Sunday is my highlight of the week, the perfect amount of hard work. I find some of the spinn classes lack the challenge and combination of movements. Genuinely would recommend all the instructors joining a Sunday class for inspiration. I also love Friday night circuits, again a fantastic organised class that is hard enough that you feel you've done a good workout.

Malachi is great instructor, he ensures box fit is a challenge but is achievable for each persons abilities. :)

Box fit classes at PureGym Cardiff Bay with Malachi are brilliant, being a kick-boxer he knows how to hold the pads for me to really let loose.

Least stinky gym in Cardiff, got plenty of equipment, doesn't make me feel icky to sit on the machines.

I've been thinking about why I like this most out of all the Cardiff PureGyms. Location is great for parking, and the gym is big enough that it rarely feels truly crowded, but I think the best part is that it's not one of those gyms that have massive windows for people to stare at you from the streets. This feels more private even when it's full, and I appreciate that.

I love this gym! I’ve been a member for about 2 years and it’s the best gym I’ve ever been to. The staff are friendly, it always feels clean and welcoming, and the equipment/space is great, especially the functional area. With the help of one of their PTs, I learned to lift with a barbell here and it’s also the place where I got my first ever pull up! I’ve moved away from the area now, so I’ll miss this gym for sure. Thanks for everything, Cardiff Bay PureGym!

All managers/staff at this gym are nothing but excellent! I’ve been made to feel nothing but welcome and they’re always happy to help it I have any queries or need help with anything. Their classes are all energy packed and look fun! I love this gym

Love combat with Steve - come all the way from his old home gym in Caerphilly

Great place to work out.and to say they have a fabulous staff would be an understatement! They are always gently pushing us to do better. Took my 73year old mum today and one of the staff Conner was amazing at showing equipment and all the safety measure in place for each equipment. I am hopeful that I can bring her in and get her to improve her health and fitness. Thanks to Conner who has been so patiently explaining to her. .10/10 PureGym ❤

I joined nearly three weeks ago! Went in to this gym its Amazing! The pure gym employee Rochelle is so kind and helpful!! She is a credit and a blessing to pure gym she gave me a walk around explained everything! I'm now signed up
