Amazing costumer service, I've been a costumer for over 6yrs and I always received the best advices for my needs. I bought a Shark cordless vacuum back in 2021 and I still use it successfully till this days. I always recommend this shop to my friends.

1st was a lad, but he pretty quickly said that he didn't really know about the air fryers, but his colleague had one so he'd get her. That in itself was really helpful.
Tracey then spent a good 20mins assisting us to make our choice. She listened to what we were looking for, added her experience, and put forward helpful points to think about. We ended up ordering online as they didn't sell the model we needed, but the lack of a sale didn't hamper Traceys customer service.

Showed me all the options available including your replacement insurance.
After looking through the specs of some monitors and Dale giving me some sound advice I bought a slightly better one than planned and I’m glad i did. Great product with great service. Hope to deal with him next time I visit the store.

As for the management, be like Dale.
If it wasn't for him you wouldn’t of sold anything to me on this day!

Had been looking for a new pc for a while, Mark in Thetford currys was just brilliant, took the time to listen to what we needed, and explained how somethings work, I'm not great with computers, , his knowledge was exceptional, explaining the difference between the pcs, , had been to other shops, currys Bury St Edmund, just basically said this ones dearer, etc., lovely guy keep up the great customerservice

Needed advice on televisions and mobile phones and a wonderful young chap explained everything in detail and answered every question we had. So much stock it's a minefield if you're not technologically minded but he sorted us out.

Every time I have visited this branch I have had a good experience, the staff are helpful, and also know when to leave you to browse.
I hate pushy sales, and will usually walk out, but here they just let you know they are there, and answer any questions, and leave you to look, and when you need help they respond willingly.
I have just purchased a new vacuum cleaner, not had a new one in a very long time, being able to test and play with the product before purchase was great.

I’ve always gotten along well with Curry’s PC world so when I wanted to get a new TV, I went to my
Local store, happy to see they good and through hand sanitiser everywhere and helpful staff throughout the shop.

I was looking through the TVs and got help when and where I wanted it compared to being constantly haggled by unneeded staff.

I found my TV I was looking for and the service was fast and helpful.

I would encourage people to visit here if they want to receive good service and purchase good quality products too.

Aurimas helped us purchase our £1200 LG TV, and we were incredibly surprised with his demeanor and level of customer service. He was very young and his knowledge was absolutely astounding

Honestly if people were hired more like this in customer service roles shopping would be a lot more pleasurable thank you again aurimas

Spoke to a young male called Dale last week about 2 products, he was sociable, polite and professional, very good service.
