Great gym to get work done and spar with a good environment. Owner is always open to feedback and constructive criticism.

It's a relatively new gym, so it's always developing, but it has great potential to be a top tier MMA gym.

Very nice boxing and crose fit gym. Less monthly fees and friendly staff. Nice self motivated working sessions and guided MMA sessions.

Been an on and off member for a number of years. They are always welcoming even in times I wasn't well. The classes are top notch and I've learnt alot through both luke and Coach Xander they really know their stuff! absolutely recommend this blessing to the community. There's no arrogance in this gym everyone is really friendly and happy to help. Bodyfit feels like home

Great friendly gym with knowledgeable coaches, I was made to feel really comfortable going in as a complete beginner. My boys have attended the kids boxing classes on a Saturday and also loved it!

Really fantastic gym with a community theme where everyone regardless of ability level is welcome. The owner might be a Conor McGregor fan which is the only down side, however, he goes out of his way to give the future of boxing a chance to continue shining 🌟

Great boxing gym. But suitable for everyone. Classes covered are boxing, kick boxing and jujitsu. Or you can do the old fashioned weights!

First day open again after covid and the gym is looking freash!!! Very clean and well organised and equipped! Go check it out gr8 place to train!!
