I have a property which is let out and fully managed by Romans Camberley. We recently had a problem where the tenant had put the wrong reference number on the payment, so the money went into the wrong place. Isabella York was so very helpful (as she always is) in finding the payment, and ensuring that it was returned to me. I really appreciate the effort she put into sorting this problem out - thanks Issy!

By far the best letting agent in Camberley. Having spoke to all of them:, Romans and in particular Chloe Cundy kept me in touch of properties coming onto the market way ahead of any other agent, where others turned me away saying it was to early to look. Chloe had spent a lot of time finding the right properties that matched my criteria She was always contactable through WhatsApp which was hugely efficient. We found that the perfect place on the second viewing. She negotiated new carpets and fresh paint, I was able to also negotiate on the asking rental price. I’m delighted with my new home, it’s perfect. Once I moved in Chloe followed up and ensured everything was ok, she addressed some small issues like keys not working properly. She came out in person and rectified it straight away. I’d like to thank Chloe and Romas for finding my lovely new home, if I I had to move again, Ink is where I’ll be going!

I started renting with Romans recently and the whole process from viewings to picking up my keys was an absolute breeze. Competent, highly motivated team and a helpful no fuss referencing with most of the paperwork completed online really left me quite impressed. We have rented our property through Romans for a number of years. Recently, we had long-standing tenants move out, unfortunately not leaving the property in the best state. Sarah went above and beyond in helping us to resolve the issues left by the previous tenants. She has been helpful, responsive and easy to approach. Brilliant service and found a tenant quickly!

Romans Camberley did a fantastic job letting out my property in Sandhurst. Olly attended for the valuation and answered all the questions I had with ease. I was really impressed by his extensive knowledge. Sophie put forward six asking price offers on the property within two weeks of it being on the market, and the tenant moved in quickly so the void period was minimal. Sophie was a pleasure to deal with I found her to be reliable and very helpful throughout. Couldn’t be happier with the service and outcome. Highly recommended.

We recently moved into the area and went via Romans, the process was all very well structured from the initial viewing (Shevaughn) to the final day of check-in. And then once we did move in the property management issues that we did have (very little) were handled swiftly by the team too, Aston has been very helpful whenever we have had to contact him. Would highly recommend this agency and property management team!

I just finished a long-running house sale with Romans in Camberley, and I can't speak highly enough of the team. The service that they provided was excellent. Rhianna Scowen in particular was super helpful throughout the process. The house sale was delayed a result of issues relating to probate, and Rhianna went beyond the call of duty to help me during what was at times a difficult and emotional process. I can't thank her enough for her kindness, professionalism and support, and ultimately for making sure that the house sale went through. The other members of the Romans team were also very helpful, and I would have no hesitation in using Romans again for any future house sales.

We were SO impressed with Romans throughout the entire process. They all worked exceptionally hard to deliver a quality service, liaising with us from the start through to completion. After having encountered so many poorly trained estate agents when looking for our next house, we were thrilled with what Romans had to offer: They were professional, courteous and extremely efficient.
