Lok'nStore Self Storage Tonbridge

My wife and I are long standing customers of Lok’nStore in Tonbridge over some 8-10 years and have just handed back our keys after a long continuous time with them. All the staff during our time using our unit have been so helpful and polite and it is only the current high cost that has finally persuaded us to vacate the unit after finally succeeding in emptying it of various items of furniture and memorabilia of 3 or 4 close family and relatives homes. We have spent the whole of this summer on a major reorganisation of our home to create space! Nancy and Clare have been there for most of not indeed all of the time of our occupancy as indeed have a few of the chaps as well! It is run like a family concern and we have no problem in recommending it 100% for anyone to use. Over a long period it has been a costly adventure but a vital one to preserving our small house as we sorted out our family’s various homes as they sadly have given them up! Really clean and tidy lock up, with plenty of trolleys and a sanitation unit - can’t ask for much else really! :)

The whole experience of renting a unit from Lok'nStore has been so easy and straight forward. Everything was made clear to us (prices, contract, refunds etc.) from the beginning, right to the end. Everyone working there was always very nice and helpful, especially Nancie who was so informative and did everything she could to help us make a decision based on what would work best for us. Nancie, the manager, dealt with us from day 1. She made recommendations on unit sizes and was very forthcoming. Her sales delivery felt very personal and reassuring, in fact after meeting with some Lok’nStore competitors, we realised just how valuable the time spent with Nancie was. As a first time renter, this was easily a five star experience. We also met with other members of the team who upheld the standards set. Units are clean and easy to find. Lifts and trolleys are good.
