Jollyes - The Pet People Tonbridge

Took our 5 month old cockapoo to her first full grooming here today and she looks amazing!!, so pleased with what she had done. The lady was lovely (sorry i have forgotten her name🤦‍♀ ) , very experienced and knowledgeable, luckily for us she has just come back from being off on maternity leave and I'm so glad as Mabel loved every minute of her pampering session . We have already booked her next appointment and a much cheaper price than other places had quoted me .

Popped in to buy things for our new puppies, which can always feel a bit daunting. I forgot to ask her name, but the employee with blue hair was incredibly helpful - she helped us with every aspect of our shop and advised us on things we didn’t know even having had a dog in the past! Great customer service and range of products.

Love this store. Loads of toys, treats and food options. Staff always happy and keen to say hello to my doggo which always goes a long way

I love that when you buy dog food no natter how much you get points which end up giving you a voucher to spend in store

Wanted to book my pup in for a nail clipping and initially it was impossible to get through on the phone to book an appointment. But once we did the staff were so apologetic and booked her in for an early appointment before the shop even opened to the public. They were so helpful in even showing us how to properly clip our pups nails. Completely happy with the service.

Had Puppy Pampered and Groomed at THE SPA. It was a last minute booking but the two members of staff were brilliant with our Puppy and we will definitely used their service again!

ALL the staff are very friendly and helpful always. I have been going to Jollyes since it opened and have had a positive customer experience 'every' time. I can't fault them. I do wish they'd stock Eden Holistic Pet Foods though as the is my British dog food of choice. The Dog Spa is also excellent and run by groomer who so obviously love dogs.

I had a lot to get today for my new dog and one of the staff (Sophie) was very helpful , she helped me to remember everything I needed and was very patient and organised , very good customer service and very pleased I went to Sophie for help. Couldn't have asked for anyone better to be served by 😁

Great shop and had my dog groomed at the Spa was so pleased. The groomer was lovely and very caring by far the best groom my dog has ever had would highly recommend

Good selection of pet and fish supplies and really liked the loyalty scheme which saved quite a lot but could do with perhaps one or so extra staff members in the evening.

Excellent choice of toys, food and treats for my dog. Well situated and has everything you could need. I had one happy pooch!

Great shop for all creatures .use weekly or fortnightly just for 2 hammys and a rat .. fab items well priced and things easy to find
