Debden Barns

I liked this out of the way cafe & shop. Cafe staff were lovely, friendly & knowledgeable about their menu. I tried an item I'd never heard of 'eggy crumpets with smoked bacon' and I was very pleased with my choice. The shop was an aladdin's cave of beautiful items, and I had to hold on my purse tightly! I'm definitely going to visit again soon, other items on the menu to discover.

Absolutely love this place, so much to see and everything beautifully set out, I'm definitely going back for the huge warrior for my garden although I know I will want to keep him in the house! Lol the lovely couple that own the barns are so lovely, nothing is too much for them, it was my first time there but it definitely won't be my last xxxxxxxxxxxxx

What a great place for Breakfast, Brunch or Lunch (our experience thus far). Super shop to nose around first for garden and house items, new and old and then into the eating house for great food and drink. They also offer Mother's Day Meals Eat-in, Eat-out...definitely worth enquiring about. There was a card which we saw and asked about too. I am sure they offer other special day foods throughout the year too

Lovely collection of antique and beautiful items for the home etc. But the adjoining cafe is a hidden treat, a large selection of items from breakfast, lunch to desserts. The food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Wouldn't be out of place in a trendy city area for quality.

Never had a bad meal here and I'm fairly picky about standards. I don't know how they do it, but they consistently turn out a range of food at a high standard. Bonus of having an interiors and garden ornament/stone reclamation site too. Proper little destination.

Absolutely stunning location. Restraunt has an amazing choice of food, a little pricy but we'll worth it. Portions are enough. I had the philly steak sandwich and it was amazing. The shop is nice to walk around in and if you are in the mood for a new BBQ, this place has you covered

Love this place. Fantastic finds and some really quirky items. Something for everyone's taste. Perfect hunting ground for finding the perfect gift

Visit the coffee shop , the food is phenomenal!!
Not your usual coffee shop stuff , it's well worth a visit just for the outstanding food , also a deli , shop itself sells beautiful stuff I don't see in other places , this place for food could rival top restaurants in my opinion, not overly expensive either , it's a must ! Thank me later

Antique shop / café type setup. Nice outside seating area. Good destination to meet up with friends.

My go-to lunch/afternoon tea venue. I have never got there in time for breakfast, but I have heard that they do that very well too.

Very good uncomplicated food served with a good selection of drinks.

We've been coming here to Greg & Anna's for years, food is always delicious and great friendly service. Best scotch eggs anywhere 👌

A well hidden Gem we came across maybe 3 years ago.
It's an Antique shop with a various and amazing variety of new, and nearly new items this is a fabulous place to spend a good hour and then just spend. We highly recommend this for a visit.

Had a very enjoyable meal at Elder Street Cafe & Deli yesterday . Staff all very friendly, food excellent quality , beautifully presented and very reasonable price . Will definitely be going back

Varied food and drink menus. Food is excellent and service is always with a smile. One of our favourite places to eat. Outside seating available which is lovely in the warmer weather.

Really like this place. Not that many genuine antiques but good quality repro bits and bobs and furniture. Nice little cafe as well which is always a must when we go shopping for stuff for the house. 👌🙂

Homemade walnut and coffee cake was lovely. Coffee (decaf/soy) really good too. A beautiful sunny day, so busy, but speedy, friendly and efficient service. Lovely cycle route to Debden Barns and plenty of outside chairs/benches. Everything very clean and well managed during these Covid times.
