The Baldock Services has been a consistently reliable and enjoyable stop on our journeys. Whether we're in need of a quick snack, a full meal, or just a moment of respite, the team at Baldock Services always goes above and beyond to ensure our experience is nothing short of exceptional.

The facilities are impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They seem to anticipate our needs before we even express them, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. The wide selection of food and beverage options caters to every taste and dietary requirement, leaving us thoroughly satisfied.

Superb services. As an ex lorry driver l love how the lorry park is close to the services and not half mile trek. The services themselves were very spacious. Accessible toilets had plenty of room to get to them and move inside. They had multi faith prayer rooms and even a chartered surveyor on site. Yes you read that right a chartered surveyor so if you go on holiday take the plans for your new house or extention.
Plenty of variety on food from mc donalds, Greg's, KFC, Mexican and others. Very pleased with this services. Need more accessible and parent and child spaces. That said if 2 grown women didn't park in the PWC spaces there would be more.

There is a multi faith room where you can pray Salah.Its nextt to the Disabled toilet

Nice services. Not too big so you have to walk miles to the toilets.
Clean toilets. EV chargers (2 types available). Good food options available. Enjoyed a German Doner Kebab (GDK)

First class services lots on offer good parking Snap. Concreted parking well signed. Facilities are first class staff are warm and friendly covid aware

Great services. Clean toilets which have recently been renovated. Had fish and chips then strolled over to Greggs for some coffees! Comfy seating as well. All the choices AND...was travelling on Mother's Day but it wasn't too busy!

Love Baldock Services , you have a Shell Petrol Station and a hotel, if you need to stay over night. Baldock Services has toilet facilities along with a food court and an M&S for a quick shop . There's a vendor there selling mobile phone accessories and if you don't need food or a toilet they have a games facility to unwind with.

It's actually very good. Toilets are mostly always clean. I visit 1ce a month bcoz of regular travel on the A1. I am really happy with the food choices and now have 2 Halal options, chinese and doner, so even better.

The staff at Greggs are so cheerful in the morning, great service, nice breakfast rolls. It's much better than Mc Donald, services are always clean and tidy plus easy to park .

It has toilets, an hotel, fast food outlets, and fuel, not to mention several rapid EV charging points. Probably all you need from a motorway service area.

Stopped for breakfast 🥞🍳 on our way to truckfest Peterborough yesterday was a tad busy here yesterday but it is bank holiday weekend after all lovely and clean 🫧 one of our favourite 🚏 stops

Good selection of fast food plus a mobile phone shop which was a bonus! Toilets very clean and plentiful. Plus plenty of parking and just to mention a hotel if you have to stay overnight can't recommend more highly.

This is a really lovely hotel. Arrived late, and the receptionist made some cheese and ham toasties what welcome. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good too. Pity there is no actual restaurant, but there are lots of good local ones within easy walking distance. Parking is a bit of an issue, but the hotel price is unbelievably low. would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

Lots of seats available. Not too busy. Good food and shop choices, toilets rather clean. There's even a prayer room (between toilets).
