Broadlands Guest House

We found the Guest House with ease and so close to the town on foot, perfect to go shopping, explore and eat. We had a bit of trouble finding where to park at first but after Tamara's instructions we found the ideal spot to keep the car. We had a lovely warm welcome from Tamara and we were very pleased with our spotless, light & airy room, soft bed for a good nights sleep and clean bathroom with large shower. Breakfast was delicious, great size portions and relaxed atmosphere. I would certainly recommend to family

Absolutely lovely guest house, Tamara gives the warmest of welcomes and looks after you superbly! Rooms lovely and clean and comfortable! Breakfast includes everything you could possibly want, from cooked full English or to cereal and fruit, yoghurt, toast and condiments! We recently stayed 3 nights and extremely welcomed by Tamara. Very comfortable and excellent breakfast. Only 5minutes walk into town. Would definitely stay again.

Stratford centre is about a 5 min walk, perfect location

Only a few minutes walk from the centre of Stratford, Tamara was a lovely host and it was great to have access to free parking. We had the basement room which was really snug, had nice decoration and it's own en suite bathroom. The shower is big but has low head room - just a heads up for anyone on the taller side! Delicious breakfast with great choice of both cooked and continental breakfast bits and bobs. We loved our stay!

Only a short stay but massively enjoyable. The room was superb (great nights sleep) Breakfast was fantastic. Tamara and her assistant were very welcoming and friendly. Definitely be back.

Lovely place. Owner is very friendly. Our room was cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. 5 minute walk to town centre and free parking in space across the road. Have booked to go again for Christmas Fair. Highly recommended.

Excellent and so friendly Tamara couldn't do enough for us and her helper was a lovely lady. Place was absolutely spotless and bedroom so beautiful decorated. Breakfast was excellent. We will certainly be back as visit Stratford on Avon a few times a year . X

Excellent service and hospitality was the best I've had in a very long time. Rooms were so clean and the little touches made all the difference. The breakfast was amazing. Tamara and Alina welcomed us like we were family. We will definitely be visiting in the future.

Just perfect ! Ideally situated in central Stratford upon Avon, impeccably clean and with a friendly and very professional host !

My stay here was excellent, very clean and well organised guest house. Tamara is very lovely and welcoming. The room is lovely, tidy and clean. I would recommend this guest house to anyone. Not far from the town centre, just a short walk. And free parking. I'm not sure I would want to stay anywhere else when visiting Stratford Upon Avon now. Thanks Tamara.

Very friendly and great value.
We found it very clean and comfortable, while staying in the basement room which felt like we had a whole apartment.

Breakfast was great, just what we needed after a birthday party. Would stay again next time we are in Stratford.

What a perfect place to stay when visiting Stratford upon Avon. Within walking distance to all the tourist sights. Wonderful hospitality,we were made to feel very welcome. The breakfast was fantastic. It made our visit nicer.

Friendly owner & staff. Few mins walk from the centre of town. Huge breakfast (including gf bread for me). We had the biggest room and it was lovely- king-size bed and large walk-in shower. Free parking space. Fantastic value for money

Premium quality guest house. Very helpful landlady (Tamara). Very near to all Stratford has to offer… breakfast fabulous!
