Argos Llandudno

Can't recommend this store highly enough! Their customer service, kindness, helpfulness and knowledge are outstanding. This is what I call an amazing shopping experience.

They do put their sister stores to shame, especially my local store which I will no longer step foot in. Argos Llandudno have gained at least 4 new customers and hopefully this review will ensure it will be many more!

I was greeted by helpful friendly staff. I had looked for the item I was after at various stores including argos branches to no avail. The two staff at the store found the item and then as I finished at the till the item was there ready. Fast, efficient, professional and friendly. Its all about the people we need to remember that.

The reason I gave 5 stars is because the staff and delivery driver Chris went way beyond being helpful. I'm a 64 year old male recently discharged from hospital after 5 gruelling months of operations I'm disabled housebound and mobility issues, the day I'm discharged my TV decided to blow up with a bank holiday looming. After speaking to 2 ladies over the phone they made no promises it would be set up when delivered but after explaining my predicament boy did they pull out all the stops. It was delivered a day earlier today Sunday 29/04/2023 to my delight and Chris the driver who was very kind and helpful set it up and removed my old TV. So once again a massive thank you 🙏 to all the staff at Argos Llandudno for going above and beyond. I'm now watching the world snooker final on my new TV.

I popped into Argos llandudno today to return 2 items, I was helped by a lady called Laura and she couldn’t have been more helpful! It was a tricky return and she was so pleasant, even though it was taking a lot of her time! Her customer service was impeccable! Thank you!

Extremely helpful. Couldn’t have been more obliging to help me find a fridge freezer, not even stocked at the Llandudno store (we are going to Chester for it). If only all retail folk were as helpful as this. Thank you!

I purchased a buggy board that didn’t work, I took it back the same day and although it was used the manager explained it can’t be taken back unless shown faulty, I was on my own with two babies and she helped me put it back together so I could show her the fault, she then happily recommended a different brand “buggy board” which I then purchased instead, she even helped me put it together and attach it to the pram, she helped a stressed mother who would have given up without her help. I am so happy with the new purchase and my toddler loves it, makes my life much easier and it’s all thanks to the manager of the Llandudno Argos store 5*

Called in at Argos to return a faulty item with the 3 year Argos insurance. Encountered friendly and helpful assistants who went out of their way to make things simple and efficient. Supplied me with a lovely alternative and all the time made me feel welcome and important. Such kindness was so uplifting and I left the store glowing and so happy. Highly recommend the store and the Argos item insurance.

Called into Argos on the 3/11/22 about 6pm ish to see if they had a Dremmel in stock which they had,
The manager helped us and the staff were all lovely too, really friendly would highly recommend!!!!

Went to Llandudno store today to take back some sun loungers that were unsuitable for us as they were too big for our decking area. Emma was fabulous she was so helpful from start to finish,she even took the box which we were struggling with as it was big and heavy and carried it nto the store for us. Super efficient and friendly . Thankyou Emma

Had a young lady called Dom serve us.What a delightfull and helpfull member of staff.Nothing was to much bother for her She deserves a big thumbs up .Well done Mon for making our shopping experience so easy .👍

Excellent service today, ordered a new TV. Was told that it would be delivered 7pm to 11pm. Ten to seven it was delivered. One very happy customer 😀.

So.... i needed to run in and get a couple of things super quick... so i ordered online and paid. I got there, went to quick till and was out in less than 2 minutes. Loved it. I will definately do that again... its sooooo much easier!

Great shop, plenty of free parking on the retail site too with plenty of other shops near by so there is something for everyone. Fast service in argos.
