Hooray for a dog friendly shop. A large selection and a great discount section. New coat and liner purchased

great selection of clothing, plenty of parking spaces and the staff are very helpful, my partners jacket did not fit her that i got for as a present for Christmas. i lost the receipt and the lady on the counter was very helpful and just told me to switch it round with another jacket.

So well set out. Quality just as good as it ever was. Discount’s massive. Easier to get to than it use to be when the outlet was at the factory. Worth the visit.

Usual Barbour quality items. Some brilliant discounts in the back half of the store with a wide selection. Seconds were all labelled, but I still struggled to find faults. All seems full price at the front. It's just luck of what's in there when you visit. Last time we went we came out with bags of stuff. This time nothing took our fancy.

I traveled from Yorkshire to drop off my Beaufort to have the sleeves lengthened . The staff in the outlet store took all the measurements and also wrote down my own requirements . The customer service team answered all my questions and emails , as I am a fussy customer . All emails were replied promptly and I was updated with the progress of my jacket.
It was delivered to a local Barbour store , the staff contacted me as soon as it was delivered . I am a very happy customer . I had given Barbour precise details of the length I wanted and the PRESTUDS refitting .
It is perfect. Thank you to the outlet shop , customer service and the skilled experts in the manufacturing/ alterations departments for another Great British brand .

Huge. Lots of bargains but you’ve got to look. Their seconds are virtually faultless. You’d need a microscope to spot the fault normally.

Great for a bargain, just allow plenty of time to look around as there is lots of stock to go through in the discounted area

We visited the outlet to purchase a new waterproof jacket for my wife, lovely place and the staff could not be more helpful.

they sell coats that they make specifically for the outlet so you'll find coats with different tartan linings etc. as they use up end of rolls etc to create them.

there's also the odd jacket etc that has a small fault (which is stated on the card attached....most of the time I cant see anything at all wrong with them!!)

I've got waxed coats for less than £150 there (which new cost £270).

there is also a normal retail section at the front with most styles etc in, these are at the regular prices.

you'll find a large range of accessories and shoes...everything from aftershave to scarves and everything in between.

Well worth a visit! a piece of advice though....if you see something you like, you need to buy it there and then....it won't be there tomorrow and they may not make that style again for the outlet for a long time!

The shop is split up. The toilets as you go into the foyer. Then the full price stuff. Then the bargains at the back. Metal stud button replacements are free, but they don’t have a plastic stud replacement machine on site.

Great choice at good prices. Found my normal shirt size was too small so worth trying clothes on. Not a problem as plenty changing rooms. But awkward if buying a gift.

I could spend a fortune in this shop, it's full of fantastic clothing.
