Customer service was amazing helped me with what was needed was fast and reliable. Delivery times are spot on aswell. Over the last few months I’ve been here a few times for different things and I will always come back. Thank you curry’s,keep up the amazing work.

Efficient and helpful. Lots of parking, but Black Friday it was difficult to find a parking space. Understandably! Also staff on Black Friday were few and far, again so many people requesting help.

Some good staff & well presented shop. Not keen on staff members walking around swinging their keys around, looks a bit to casual for me.

Always a good experience shopping here, seeing what is new in the world of tech and electric goods. Love the scheme linked to British Heart Foundation that they are running at the moment where you can recycle old tech and small electricals in return for a £5 off voucher to be used on your next purchase of something over £25

The staff are really nice and helpful and the store is well organized with signs to help you easily locate what you may be looking for.

This is a good and huge store where you can pick things up. And get the measure of your intended new washer. Or stereo. I went into look for headphones. I have great difficulty with headphones as I'm almost deaf.

I got the information I wanted the staff were attentive not overbearing they were aware I was in having a poke about the place, they left me to until I started to look up for help and then a lovely young lady came over and gave some sound advice.

I'll be back when I can talk myself into spending the money.

If you aren't sure what it is you want or need them Currys is the place to go. You are not pressured you are supported in your search for the right thing for you.

Good shop great staff decent manager.

The manager was great as are most of the staff. Not always possible to take home stuff as no stock held for some items. I still price check with other shops before buying anything that is a considered purchase for me.

Friendly staff not too pushy about this bundle offer unlike Teesside Park staff are! When looking at laptops Carl was friendly and very professional in his job. Also Debra is loving friendly and professional in new job when she sold us a new washer dryer few weeks ago. Will go back this store again.

The Currys in Sunderland has pleasant staff who are very willing to assist you. I keep visiting the store for new additions of gadgets. They have a wide range of products available and if by chance, the product(s) isn't available, there's a seamless structure in place to get your request(s) across to you. That's what Great customer service does!

Just got a new washing machine and fridge today from here and the service was fantastic Carole who served us was great. She was very knowledgeable and went through all the different payment plans, insurance options and helped us in choosing the best appliances that suited our needs. I would highly recommend shopping here as the experience and service was first class and a big thank you to Carole.

We found the Yong man who served us very good helping us find everything we wanted nothing was to much bother for him and he was very pleasant. It people like him who make it for you wanting you to go back every time
